So we drove all the way back. The bathrooms were dirty. The whole place looks like it needs help. Even the ceiling tiles are dirty and stained. The allies are very close. In my pictures you see a chair that you can sit in but it is not for an adult because you cannot get around the person easily to get to the bowling start point. So we had to stand and we were on top of each other. We had to become friends with the people next to us so we could spread out and have room to stand. We enjoyed each other so we had an ok time but We ALL agreed that we will never go back there again. THere are other bowling allies . We only had 25 minutes to kill and the first hole alone would take us those 25 minutes. The same person did the refund BUT she didn't tell us it would not be a refund but put it on two apex gift cards to use as credit....... She did not communicate this to us at all. She just said here you go and handed us those cards. I asked what is this and she said your refund.... That is not a refund that's like store credit. And we wouldn't have minded that if she just communicated it was non refundable.

The bathrooms were so nasty that I had to go out to the mall to take my little to use the restroom. We don't normally eat here during our morning visits so I can't say much on their food or drinks. Overall, if it wasn't for the kids asking to stop by I would never frequent this location. Lanes were good, food was good, and customer service was awesome! Four of us just needed some relaxation time. So we met up at AMF. Had to wait about 10 mins to get us signed up for a lane, get shoes, get balls. Once at our lanes, within moments, we had our server come by and ask if they could get us anything. We ordered food and drinks. Food was tasty, drinks were cold! We loved those chicken wings and flatbread pizza! As for the bowling part, we did have fun, even if the scores did not reach our expectations. We had big dreams, but little skill to achieve them. We had a manager come by later and check on us, which we were able to say everything is great! It was!
