Overall, that was a good experience, but we have noted several things needing repair or replacing. There was a persistent leak at the top of the slide and we were never happy with our stock Norcold absorption refrigerator. It was small, somewhat loud, and didn't keep consistently cold in the refrigerator area - top versus bottom temps were off by 10º sometimes, and once outdoor temps hit the 80s, milk wouldn't keep. So, we drove from Sebring to Bartow and met an incredible team of people at Camping World of Bartow. Preston took time to confirm and bring in a compressor-driven refrigerator from outside storage. Todd did the installation and took care of the leak and several other items for us. (As the service staff said, who else has his degree of know-how? - though not to imply that other techs aren't good at what they do) And Julia was a fantastic service rep. We are incredibly pleased with the new refrigerator, which, after a few adjustments, is doing an amazing job keeping frozen things frozen and refrigerated items cold in the upper 30s range. (We had to reduce the cold setting as it was actually too cold.) I hope management reads this and appreciates that you have many terrific people at your location.

Just to make sure the website was correct, because, you know, technology, I called the store to verify. The young man that answered was polite and helpful and went to check the stock. Once he confirmed it, we were on our way. After getting to the store, another helpful young man directed us to the stock of smokers. I found what I wanted and notified the same young man at the front door. He requested assistance loading it from other staff members, after referring to me as an "athlete". Pretty comical actually. I guess I'm young and in shape now. The employee that helped, Matt, was a super kid. He engaged in chit-chat with us and helped to load it in our vehicle. He even expressed an interest in using a pellet smoker. His demeanor and attitude got him an invite over for our first batch of ribs. A very good experience in a clean store with friendly employees. The reason that all the negative complaints involve very long delays, is because this owner wanted to buy some items from me, one being a Colt M16A1 stripped upper receiver, but he has no money to buy anything. So he advertised the two items from the pictures I sent and then was trying to get a large amount of orders before he even bought anything. In other words he was selling something he did not own, or have in stock. After two weeks of trying to get him to send the money so I could ship the items which he had already sold to you, his customers, he still would not respond so I sold the items to someone else. Then he begged me to send some so he would not have so many complaints. But I refused as he seems rather shady. It is amazing that he would sell something he doesn't have, then not even buy them until over 3 weeks after his email blasts went out, everyday. I was thinking, he must have some very unhappy customers. He had no right to string me along for three weeks, and after I tried to get him on the phone multiple times I just sold them to another online retailer. I don't see why anyone should order from someone when they probably don't really have it. He told me he doesn't buy anything unless it is already sold. How can you operate a business like that? But he overloads the customer base with email blasts and then tries to find the product. Terrible business model, and very frustrating for the customer. Unless you can go there and see the item, you really should just assume that they don't really have it, regardless of what they tell you. To me its borderline fraud.
