G Five Feed & Outdoor is located off 92 just east of Branch Forbes Road. I arrived here around 6:30 pm. It was very quiet. They close at 7 pm. The gentleman at the front greeted me. I quickly found where the gun counter was and headed over. My gun had arrived the day before. The gun counter was closed but there was one employee back there. I talked to him off to the side. He mentioned that their gun counter closes at 6:30 pm. However, he did offer to allow me to fill out the background paperwork so that it would be ready the next day for the employee to run. He also got info on my driver's license and CWP. He was super friendly and accommodating. He let me take a look at the shotgun and told me they would be in touch when the background check cleared. A day passed and nothing. On the third day after my gun had been delivered, I checked back in. I was told I was good to go. I picked it up that afternoon. The three-day turnaround was kind of annoying. I've only done a transfer at one other gun shop in Plant City and they turned my gun around in less than 12 hours. That being said, G-Five was cheaper for the background check and transfer costs by $5. In my two visits, I looked around G-Five a little. It's like a Bass Pro only smaller and more expensive. They have limited ammo available and plenty of hunting and outdoor accessories. The stand out for me was the friendliness of the staff. Despite the slower process, the gun counter staff were great to deal with.

This place has shady raffle practices. They call them before scheduled times. Seems like cheating…read more I even a comment on Facebook about how I felt and they blocked me from there Facebook page. I was involved in a raffle back on Dec 20th of 2025 that was to be called at 5pm on that day. I went in at 4:20 to buy more tickets only to be told that the raffle was over and they already had a winner. When I asked how Is that possible it's not 5pm yet. They just said it's over we called earlier and we have a winner. I've contacted to store multiple times only to be ignored. Just beware seems like cheating.

Junk store !!!…read more Overcharged us for a gun, stated they offer discounts to military/vets, we ordered, waited over 7 days. We found the pistol everywhere in Orlando for $399.99, Dan agrees to match the price and give us ammo for paid difference. He refused to give us the 10% off because he was already matching the REAL sale price. I was upset and disappointed to say the least and I expressed it, poor Dan turned red and of course he challenged me discreetly as possible not to alarm the patrons. Pistol came in that night day 7 not counting the weekend. It's obvious this lil shack is running on water, I called Ruger, it would only take 48 hrs for delivery arrival, I'm thinking they had to pay up front before they could receive it..

Female especially at the shop looked extremely unhappy to be there. Didn't offer to help me as a buying customer extremely rude. They did not make me feel that it was worth spending a single dollar there. Employees should focus on customer service and start greeting and all customers that actually come in the building. You never know who people are and what they are coming to spend. If you're a person of color, l wouldn't recommend spending here. The fat white lady with the glasses I believe her name is Betty at your Winter Haven Florida. Location is absolutely deplorable. How many more piss poor reviews and complaints are you guys gonna have until a customer incident happens or this company is reported. I've come to the shop a few times and every single time I've come this woman Betty has the most worst attitude. She comes in miserable. She's very rude to Customer. She also gives me racist vibes because she is discriminatory based on certain customers that come in the store I don't know what her position is, but she absolutely needs to go. I will be contacting corporate. I had an incident yesterday and I am very disappointed in this woman's behavior and she's a representation of this company. She's extremely rude. She has no social skills. She has no people skills and she's quite luckily that I'm writing a review and not handling this personally. She needs to honestly be removed or this needs to be corrected with this company.

The atmosphere is great the attitude from the staff is great they are very nice, friendly and they will talk to you and joke around I wish some of the other gun shops are like that instead of making money off you and send you on your way. AAA Gun & Ammo offers a very nice indoor shooting range for the customers to come in and shoot. They do sale target ammunition's for all kinds of weapons just have to ask when you come in. They do have a men/women restroom inside of the store it's located in the middle of the store by the accessories. Over all experience is top rated and why I say this? Is because they offer layaway for reasonable cost, they are easy to deal with and they will take their time out to work with you on the weapon of any kind you may want or get for a gift to your love one or friend.
