After…read morewaiting their 2-3 week processing time I received an email on 3 March saying that the order had been processed along with a USPS tracking number. I waited a few days and tracked the package on the USPS site. It said that the package was received on 5 March and was awaiting acceptance. I checked daily for another week with no change in status. After a week I contacted Nametags4U and explained the problem. For whatever reason the lady I spoke to said to wait another day (?). I called the next day to say that nothing had changed. She asked me if I had contacted the post office. I'm not sure how this was my responsibility. Then she went into a non-stop monologue saying how it was not her fault. I tried to explain that it was certainly not MY fault but she wouldn't quit talking. I finally got fed up and yelled, " I want my godXXdamn money back. She called me an ass--holxx and hung up.
