We came in looking for a new car stereo head unit. We told him the qualities we were looking at: wireless, apple car play, and back up camera compatible. He knew the brand, model and price off the top of his head and told us all the amazing features of the unit. He also offered other units that were missing a feature or two but still enough of what we wanted. We got a great feeling after talking with these guys. They are honorable, trust worthy and all around good guys. We look forward to going to them for all our future needs.

The owner only agreed to redo one of them and after redoing that window it still had bubbles. He insisted they would go away after a couple weeks. None of them did. I brought it back again for them to redo all the windows. The bubbles are even worse on the third attempt. The owner straight told me that he doesn't check any of his installers work, so I'm not surprised there are lots of issues because there is zero communication going on from management and their installers. Do not go here. You'll end up paying more because you'll end up going elsewhere to have the job done correctly. If the owner makes things right by me, I'll update my review.

I asked to have both passenger and driver side door windows tinted, as well as the windshield visor. I was told it would take about an hour and a half to do the job so I walked off to a local coffee shop to handle some business calls while I waited. When I returned the truck was ready, except that they didn't do the windshield visor as I had requested and did a sloppy job on the two door windows that they did do by allowing the liquid solution that they use to apply the tint film onto the window to drip and run down the side of the doors (inside and out) that they squeegee off, without cleaning it up and just letting the streaks dry in the sun. Also, waiting to get rung up to pay for the work took an unreasonable extended period of time while the guy behind the counter noodled around on the computer , even though I was the only customer in the shop waiting to get out of there, plus they never called me to inform me that the truck was ready, basically wasting my time. The woman who I first engaged with when I walked into the business was the only one who was friendly and professional during this experience. I went to "Elite Tinting" in Ventura the next day, so that they could finish the job and received excellent, professional and friendly service from the entire staff. I highly recommend "Elite Tinting " in Ventura. The "Car Stereo Guys" need to learn and remember that it's the customers satisfaction that is most important when running a successful business. I'll never return nor will I refer anyone to this establishment, I'll deter them.

The stereo sounds clean, the tint came out perfect, and you can tell he really takes pride in his work. What really stood out, though, is that I got a fix-it ticket for my tint afterward, and Miguel helped me remove it and then reinstall it once I got everything handled. I explained what we were looking for and they more than met our expectations. Install was ok, biggest issue I had was that I asked them to wire my setup a certain way, and…read moredidn't end up wiring all the speakers. Instead of confirming with me, they didn't wire in all speakers (door mid bass fill). I went to pick up my car and asked if there was anything left, to which they replied no it should be in the car itself. I supplied all materials, and was in a rush so I trusted everything would be inside. Didn't see the rest of my cables, or any additional fuses/ fuse box holders/ 0 gauge to 4 gauge terminal downsizers so I assumed everything had been installed. I come to find out that they DID indeed have extra boxes and things left over but had been thrown out per their discretion. This was installed on Saturday, and they did not open on Sunday so I had to call back on the next week. ALL my things were thrown out and I had been told there was nothing else. Car sounded horribly unoptimized, regardless of a cookie cutter eq they put of unbalanced bass/mids/highs. Didn't bother to set gains on subwoofer, didn't bother setting proper HPF/LPF settings on 4 channel they were installing, did NOT replace the small 4 GA CCA wire that I had mentioned i want to 0 gauge OFC wire, and still had the attitude to tell me that the reason why they didn't wire in the mid bass speakers on the door was because of "poor output" and that "the subwoofer was going to sound louder so why bother". On top of that, I had to pay an additional $70 for them to wire them in after initial $400 setup fee and an extra $40 for Y- adapters to place on RCA from head unit. Overall, poor communication, will not come in for further work and I suggest you visit elsewhere for your audio needs. I feel robbed of coming to this place.
