Fast forward 2 months and 3000 miles later my son took the jeep in to get tires rotated at town fire tire where we got the tires from originally and they said it needed an alignment. which I already paid for when first one when we got all the work done Only 2 months prior. so I called Firestone back to make a comlaint about having the alignment done already and the guy said this is normal. It's only been 2 months and 3000 miles how is this normal? Never in my life has this happened to me or anyone else I know for that matter. So I paid 140 at town fair tire to get the alignment done. Now I could have taken it back to firestone since they offer a 12 month warranty but my son who is 16 Dis not know this. So that part is one me to tell him that. But that being said there is no way you need another alignment down after 3000 miles. My experience here has been shit and a joke. And not to mention they didn't even change the rear swaybar links like they were supposed to do, so I had to do that myself after I got it back. So as far as I'm concerned this place has shitty service and I'll never be back there again. Good luck of your taken your car to this place. Hope they get it right the first time and not like my experience. This place can can go pound sand. What a rip off, run around and a bunch of excuse. They gave me a call during the day for and update and asked permission to do a minor repair in addition to the tire and alignment. Later they called that the car was ready. Picked it up and on my way. Later I noticed a different noise coming from my back rear tire. Note: in recently had wheel bearings replaced by the dealer). So today while driving for work, the noise was more consistent and concerning. I drove by after work to see if they could advise me as to what was causing the new noise. Zach immediately asked for my keys and said they would take care of it. The process was a bit more complicated than he originally thought. The issue was probably more related to wear and tear of my car which was revealed from changing the tires. Zach came coming over to me giving me updates and apologizing. Yeah, I was a bit frustrated because I had a busy day and was tired. But Zach treated me like a person, maybe a friend. I felt appreciated and witnessed about 6 other people come I within the last 90 minutes of operation. He treated them all the same. A smile and honesty. The team in the bays worked hard too to get all of us on our way before closing. Thank you to Zach, who must sleep there, and the team for being professional and dedicated. You all rock!

They scoped the cylinder 3 misfire code which committed us hours of labor (Toyota V6 design fault) and, trusting them, did the other two coils too--the kind of "extra" work you only do when you feel comfortable that they fix it right, for the right reasons, at a fair price, so you do the work now (like we should've on another coil 2 years ago).
