I thought one staff member, Sade, was particularly helpful, and she was very honest with me. They discovered the last place that I had gone to had given me a totally wrong prescription, and it was such a relief when I finally got the new glasses, which fit great, and took care of my issues. Mike, the optician, did a very thorough job matching-up my prescription with the right frames. I would use them again. The service was good, and the prescription accurate for my needs. (I wear progressives, and that's now always easy to match-up correctly. I would have given them five stars, but they need to freshen-up the waiting area a bit, and replace, or at least re-upholster the seating. It was a bit tattered and worn, and could definitely stand some freshening-up.

He took his time and explained all of the results of the exam to me. Once I was done with the first part of the exam, I had to choose my frames for my glasses. I was able to find a really nice pair of Oakley frames. It will be perfect for both business and casual occasions. I would say the only draw back is the selection of frames for men. I do wish there was more of a selection but I was glad I was able to find a frame that I really liked. Jessica explained to me very thoroughly what I was being charged for. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Dr. D. It was a truly great overall experience.
