They scheduled a service visit within a relatively short timeframe (they stay very busy). The technician showed up within the promised timeframe, determined the problem and ordered the part. (He had several repair pump motors on hand, but of course mine would be a different model .) Once they got the part, they immediately scheduled a return visit, right on time, as promised. BEWARE of this appliance repair business. They are 100% unreliable, unprofessional, and very rude…read more I lost an entire days wages waiting for the repair man to show up. The owner/manager gave me an appointment time of {9:00am to 12:00pm} The repair man showed up at my house at 3:50pm. The dryer belt had to be put back in place (not even replaced). It took him all of 30 minutes to repair the dryer. He billed me $94.16. I then called the owner to kindly express how I lost a full days wages and was over charged for the service call. She immediately began talking over me and then yelling at me. I tried to speak calmly to her but I could not get one word in. This was my 2nd appointment (the 1st appointment, I cancelled 4 days in advance over the phone because I literally had a death in the family and I had to be in another state). She then yelled "we already came to your house one other time and nobody was home! You're not getting no money back So you're wasting your time!!" and then she hung up! She did not allow me to explain to her then that I called 4 days in advance and cancelled my initial appointment. So to recap, when you call this business, they will give you a slotted timeframe. This means nothing. Plan to lose a full days worth of work because you will be stuck at home ALL DAY at their mercy. Also expect to pay A MINIMUM of $100 dollars for 30 minutes worth of work. The service man did not even apologize for showing up FOUR hours after the three hour time slot the owner/manager set when my appointment was made. The way you talk to people and how you treat them is key to running a good and reputable business. This is the first review that I have ever made and it's the first time I've ever had a business literally hang up on me. The majority of businesses here in the mountains are incredibly folks who go beyond their call of duty to satisfy their customers. This woman was irrational and very hateful (Zero sympath) from the SECOND the phone connected. She even answered the phone hateful because I could not hear her the first time she supposedly said the name of her business. I finally heard "HELLO!!!" very abruptly from her. As a matter of fact, at one point she even said it was MY problem that I "lost a full days wages and that I should have just rescheduled". Unbelievable.
