I had a mechanical emergency during a recent vacation to Whitefish. While staying at a hotel just…read moreup the road from Ace Hardware, the metal frames of my wife's glasses broke. She really needs her glasses to function, and no, she does not have an extra pair with her. It is late in the day on a Saturday. There is no way we can find an Optical shop open here today, and we are heading into remote areas of Washington tomorrow. We are away from home, and I am without tools, supplies, or even an appropriate work surface. No worries though, because I remembered seeing an Ace Hardware store as we drove in. Suddenly, I feel like MacGyver, or Mark Watney...under pressure, but ready to put together a solution to save the day. I was able to buy Gorilla Glue, some copper wire, some hobby clips, and wire cutters from Nelson's Ace Hardware. I got a couple of paper clips from the Hotel front desk, a lens cleaning cloth from my camera bag, and some loose paper from a folder that happened to be in the car. To quote Hannibal Smith, "I love it when a plan comes together". And Nelson's Ace Hardware did their part today! Thanks Helpful Folks!

I used Bob's Appliance Service to diagnose problems we were having with both a washer and dryer. He…read morewas prompt, honest, and forthright in his diagnosis. He suggested it would cost too much to repair and suggested that we actually go by a new one and it would be cheaper in the long run. We did buy new appliances and had Bob install them. Again, he was prompt and did a complete service and installation on the new equipment. Much better than having an appliance store or a box store install the washer and dryer. I would highly recommend him and I will use him for all future repairs.

We had two separate absolutely TERRIBLE experiences with 4 west Cabinetry. We had two separate…read morebrand new kitchens that were in the 25-$30k price range but that was years ago so it would be more now. Two separate houses, one with the old owners and one with the new owners. (they asked us to give them a chance again with the new owners, worst mistake!) It was one terrible mistake after another both times. It literally took a year to get cabinets fully installed and many rudimentary issues that they didn't fix or took forever to fix. It makes me sad because I look at my brand new kitchen still and see all the issues and the trim falling off in spots because it's not attached to anything behind it, the side disintegrating when it was supposed to be all real wood, and the island installed in the wrong spot so our main path of travel is too narrow, some cabinets were ordered with the wrong finish, the wrong drawer styles ordered on some cabinets, different profiles of crown on different cabinets, they had to hire a painter to come in and paint some of our brand new cabinets because some were glazed and some weren't etc. they told us if we kept the mistakes they would credit us back money and then never did. Like super basic stuff. It was just one issue after another. Cabinets are currently falling apart in areas and they wouldn't do any follow up when I tried to reach out to them so I finally gave up. Their warranty isn't real. I spoke to them in person, emailed and called and they just ghosted me after awhile. I would definitely NEVER recommend.

The service is A++++, the colors and designs of stone are fantastic, prices very reasonable, but what sold me on this company was their "customer service." I can hardly wait to see my new cabinets with the beautiful stone I have purchased from this company, and I know that they will do a top rate job of installing that which I have chosen. I checked out many companies before I chose Natural Stone Fabrication and they had the best prices, a large variety of stone, but as mentioned above, their customer service is what sold me along with the above. You would be wise to choose this company to service your build or remodeling project. They are TOP RATED in my book.
