I need a cellphone booster and the young man knew exactly what I was looking for explained what they do the ones they had, the difference and what I should consider. I was pleasantly surprised because I have had such horrible experiences at Best Buy before that I had vowed never to shop at one again. I've never been to this particular store so kudos. My only problem was their check out area was really confusing to where you go, or where to stand to be next to be waited on there were no roped off area or anything to lead customers to the next checkout. Maybe the need some signage or some sort of user friendly checkout. Just saying.

I must express my severe dissatisfaction with Best Buy Kalispell. On March 16th, following…read moreAppleCare's instructions, I brought my damaged phone to this location for a replacement. Geek Squad evaluated it as catastrophic and sent it to a third-party repair hub--without my knowledge, not an Apple facility. Since March 20th, I have been trapped in a cycle of false promises. Best Buy refuses to accept responsibility, claiming Apple has it, yet Apple has no record. Despite escalating the issue with two senior advisors and multiple visits, I have seen no progress. They continuously deceive me with false updates, claiming my phone is being worked on when it remains untouched. I have been without my device for a month. This is not mere incompetence--it's a deliberate evasion of accountability. I am prepared to pursue legal action. I demand that Best Buy corporate investigate this matter immediately. I will not cease until my property is returned and justice is achieved.

Karen that was working at the return desk comes storming out the store and approached me with her angry face wanted to know if I was waiting there for a pick up. I said no im returning something and this is not a curbside up spot. Then she goes marching back into the store with her angry face. I go to return at another desk then go back to my car. As I'm sitting there KAREN comes back out with another guy and yells out I HATE WHEN PEOPLE PARK HERE!!! Then she tells the young man to move the sign to where im parked. Why would a employee be bothered watching where customers park when you should be doing your job in the store Then be so bothered that you have to come out and move the sign so it looked like im parked where I shouldn't be. I've shopped this Home Depot since it arrived in the valley. I also shop other big box stores - we…read morehave a huge shopping plaza now which has ruined the small town of Kalispell but I guess is needed to attract tax money for the city. I've done secret shopper visits and I've visited every section of this store. Sometimes I've asked for big orders or hard-to-find items. I've even ordered appliances, lots of lumber, you name it. You know what I've observed? The employees try their best to help. If they don't know an answer, they find one. Another thing I noticed? The customers and contractors (especially from out-of-state) are insanely rude. I watched one old lady verbally beat down a young girl who was trying to help her with carpet. Why? I've travelled to Seattle, Los Angeles, Dallas and Denver. Big cities bring big egos and attitudes, and rude behavior. The new arrivals in Montana need to understand WHY they are moving here. Your big city rudeness doesn't float with Montanans PERIOD. To the woman who had to dig up her plants to return them - HOW does Home Depot know that you're not trying to plant your garden on its dime? And if all the plants are dead AFTER YOU planted them, how is its the store's fault? Maybe gardening isn't your thing. You're lucky you got a refund at all. These privileged elitists are moving here, thinking everyone is their personal slave. I've seen this behavior at fast food places and restaurants too. Please keep your big egos to yourself, realize why you moved here, and learn to assimilate. TRY to be friendly, knowing that the reason they are working there is probably because you are displacing them out of affordable housing and they HAVE to work there. LEARN to slow down. Not many people wanted you here in the first place. If Montana's speed is not up to your liking, you are free to move back to that state you came from. To everyone at Home Depot - I see that you are doing your best. It's got to be exhausting - retail is one industry I would never want to work in (I'd probably get fired for tearing down a rude customer - lol). You all make the wheels turn in our economy. Thank you for all you do.

I am sure most would agree GREAT customer service is rare these days. NOT here! I was a royal pain in the ____ for these folks with all my questions and specials requests. Not once did I get the feeling they were anything but thrilled to help me. The prices are competitive and the staff from the owner on are CUSTOMER FOCUSED. I don't give a lot of reviews because frankly I get tired of being that grouchy old man with nothing but negative to say. I am excited and honored to give Obadiah's my highest endorsement! FYI I bough a Drolet 1800 Escape and all the needed accessories so this was not a small purchase and they had lots of opportunities to disappoint me. They did not...not once...

The stove arrived after it was explained that we had to inspect the unit in case anything was wrong and refuse shipment if we had any issues. The glass door arrived broken. We accepted shipment on instructions from Obadiah's and waited for the new glass door. Nothing came. Then I was asked to write a review by the company manager and I explained I couldn't write a good review since we never got the new door. Somehow FedEx got blamed for parking it in a warehouse. The over $5000 stove smoked incessantly. I contacted the manager who told me how to start a fire, told me pictures of the wood looked like it was wet (it wasn't) and generally treated me like a little child she had lost patience with long ago. Incredibly condescending and never expressing anything like concern for the customer, only on how to blame it on me or anything where she did not have to take responsibility. She told me these things over and over again, open the window before starting a fire, wood must be dry, open the window for some time before adding more wood, etc. She contacted the manufacturer and they told her I could try removing the baffling above the firebox, a type of fabric or fiberglass material. In five minutes we solved the problem that I wasted a lot of time and energy going around and around about with the seller who behaved as described above. Parts ordered later arrived damaged and were replaced.
