No matter how "pretty" the showroom is, or how "nice" the salesperson seems, when there's an issue with your purchase, they won't remember your name. And finally, there's a reason they don't install and instead provide you with a list of their recommended installers. Because when an issue arises they will take no responsibility - they will blame the installer or the customer or the builder.
