I normally love shopping for my husband, but today it was incredibly difficult to do so due to the shockingly abysmal service. I went in at around 10:00 am and did not receive any help on where items were located, leaving me completely lost and frustrated without any direction or assistance. When I finally did find an employee, she was not only rude and obnoxious towards me but also dismissively unhelpful; I simply asked the difference between Cinch jeans and what the labels meant, and she brusquely brushed me off and walked away, which left me feeling deeply insulted. My husband then went in at around 1:00 pm to get a new cowboy hat, and he experienced the same disheartening treatment from the same lady, who I believe is the manager. She told him that the hat shaper would be in around 2:00 pm, so he waited an hour only to be told that the hat shaper wasn't coming in at all. When my husband asked to return the hat, she responded in a shockingly rude manner and essentially kicked him out of the store. This series of events is not only unacceptable but also infuriating, and it has left both of us feeling completely disrespected and unwelcome at an establishment we once trusted. I would personally like to speak to whoever is above her and file a formal complaint so that no one else gets treated the way my family was today

First of all, I love the way it smells when you walk in the door. The strong smell of leather cascades over you. I never grow tired of that smell. Harry's has a wide range of brands and styles for both women and men. The store is divided into individual rooms. One room on the far end is filled with women's boots. A room on the opposite end is dedicated to men's boots. The rooms in between are filled with jeans, shirts, blouses, belts, buckles, leather goods, and a wide range of other things. They have all of the typical brands of western wear that you would expect in a store. One of my favorite areas is the hat room. Located upstairs, Harry's has a huge selection on hats. Traditional brands line Stetson and Resistol are heavily represented. They also have other brands of hats. They have a huge selection of styles and colors to choose from. They also have a wide range of price and quality. They have some wool hats (less expensive; lower quality) to higher end beaver fur hats ranging from 5x to 20x (the more x's, the higher quality). Bottom line - You owe it to yourself to stop in at Harry's. A great western wear store with small town roots. They literally have have you covered from head to toe.
