The technician was mostly professional and courteous. Although he was later than the time given, he did apologize. I was not concerned about the lateness, as I understand the field of repair and the unexpected issues that can present. The technician was very communicative about the process, the status, and the cause of the malfunction. While his initial diagnosis was not correct, I understand why he went with the ignitor first. The only reason for the four stars is that the technician left the removed oven parts, both on the stovetop and the floor. I understand that the oven was not repaired, but I would have expected that everything would have been put back the way it was found. This did not happen and I found this disappointing, given the level of service provided by the rest of the visit. REALLY LIKED LUIS! He was very nice and my freezer now works. It did take them a long time to find the part for our freezer, which I wasn't thrilled with. However, my problem was with the charges. First time he was here, he said I had to pay 70% of the total and the charge was $282. That meant I had to pay ~$100-120 yet. But when he came back yesterday and got the freezer working, the charge was another $257! If I paid 70% the first time, where did this charge come from??!! Looking at the receipt I received, the total labor was $514 and the part was $25.68. I'd like to know how much they charge per hour because I'm not sure he was here even an hour either time. I realize Luis has nothing to do with charges, and want to emphasize he was very good. read more

Anthony is the most EXCELLENT service technician. Today marks the second time he has been to service my HVAC system, and in both instances, he has demonstrated the knowledge and skills of a professional. Foremost he is calm and collected regardless of the level of difficulty, which in turn calmed me. Second, he communicates EVERYTHING in language I can understand. I was completely informed at ALL times. Thirdly, not only does he possess the knowledge and ability to fix problems, he has the integrity to do the extra tasks to leave the customer satisfied and filling safe. Very nice and quick with the repair. They told me that the fan damper was not in the correct position and repositioned it. However, now my fan doesn't exhaust the smoke from my kitchen and it doesn't sound like it has high and low anymore.. they both sound the same. I am not sure that it was in the wrong position to begin with. Now what do I do? I would have to take down my microwave to correct this? Not to happy about this. read more

Chuck was very knowledgeable , after several others trying, Chuck came out checked my washer and was able to check and double check for the parts needed to repair it.
