Sunday evening, my washing machine stopped mid-cycle with a drum full of water. My multi-generational family *has* to have a washer/dryer for multiple daily loads. Sears Home Services had great reviews, so I booked online for a next-day window. Luckily, my technician showed up earlier rather than later the next day, and a short conversation assured me he likely knew what the problem was. Kevin kept the work area clean, apprised me of options for future service, and sold me a warranty in addition to repairing my machine on time. read more

They came to my home in late December after Christmas tell me what was supposed to be wrong with my refrigerator. They came back a week later the refrigerator worked for three days. Then the code came back. It took him another week to get back here. They ordered the parts they were supposed to be here today. That was a week ago, departure here this morning the day of them they called and canceled the appointment for another week so I have to spend another week with my refrigerator not working. I think they're AI is full of it. You cannot reach a real person anywhere anyhow dad ask a question all you get a recording I don't see how they can continue to do business like this. I will never use them again and I'm calling the Better Business Bureau soon as they open this morning. read more

I am peeved about the tech really didn't take the LG machine apart to see what the issue is and telling me that his supervisor or whoever told him that it could not be fixed and that it had to either completely stop working and also that it didn't fit into their realm of getting it actually fixed. We were trying to head it off before it completely stops working, He just greased it and whatever "it" was that he greased, don't know. Customer with Sears for 34 years and bought warranty every year to cover all issues, $100.00 deductible WASTED. read more

Terrible experience with one of there technician. I would never used them again. I have a home warranty with American Home Shield. They use Sears for appliance repairs. My dishwasher has been broken since January 27, 2026. It's still not repaired, they been out 4 times. The last technician was the first one that came. He was so rude. Never again will I use them. American Home Shield is a joke!!! read more

There are no words to describe how wonderful my experience with Robert was. He came in, went right to work and repaired my stove that has not worked since I bought this house. Three other repair people were unable/unwilling to fix it. Thank you so much Robert! I really appreciate you! I highly recommend Robert, his knowledge and expertise! read more

My ICEMAKER wouldn't stop making ice‼ Sears Home Services technician quickly dianosed the problem and fixed it! He noticed another related problem in my freezer and knew just what to do to fix it!! Thanks for excellent- professional- friendly service‼ read more

Rating would been zero if you had that on your scale!!! Your technician called at 1 PM on Friday to advise that he WAS NOT COMING to repair the washing machine. I spent 2 plus hours on the phone this morning with two different associates with both promising to have a supervisor contact me! It's 2:30 and no supervisor has called! My wife called back and spoke to a gentleman in Dallas who helped. The order with the company who failed to show up was cancelled and that company will be here tomorrow! Diagnosed washing machine the first time without looking at it. Placed order for part and came on scheduleed day to fix. Left house with part and machine not working . Called to complain and had them the to do a call back. Took forever. Never gave an arrival time and just showed up while not home.Had to rush home to let in. Looked at it and ordered the same part that they just claimed they installed. Questioned how a new part that was just replaced could go bad and it's new, no answer. It took two months to fix a washer and three different visits for a 15 min fix. Even the second order of parts took two weeks after the second visit to order and was order because I called and complained. The service absolutely sucked and would not want them in my home again. Sears is a complete crap company and service and follow up sucked. Not to mention if you wanted to reach out to sears they dont have a number to reach out to a human to speak with. Would not recommend a crooked company. The brand new control board they took off and replaced was actually the old one and had the manufacturer date of 2023, they said it took so long because it's hard to get parts and waiting to get as soon as manufacturered. It's 2025 and it's was actually the original one to the machine. Sears what a crapy company. read more

They were a no show. Called this morning to say they would be here around 1030 or so. It is now 3:30 and they haven't been here and haven't called since 8 this morning read more

The first technician came out to repair my refrigerator and did not check any components and said "it was frozen up to unplug it for two days and it will work." After 3 days it did not work and when I called them back it was another week until the next appointment between 8am and 5 pm. After taking the day off of work they notify me that they aren't coming today and it will be another week before the next appointment between 8am-5pm. This makes three weeks without my refrigerator that should have been fixed on the first appointment. This is now three days I have had to take off of work for poor service and my refrigerator still doesn't work. You can't get a live customer service agent on the phone because it is completely automated and they don't care. I wish there was a zero star option read more

I had an appointment for today between 8:00 and 5:00. We live in the country and have a gate with opener. I was notified by text that the tech was on the way so I waited for him. I stepped away from the window for a couple of minutes and looked out to see the Sears truck waiting at the gate. I pressed the opener but the truck started backing down the driveway as the gate opened. He then backed onto the street and left and never looked back. No phone call letting me know he was there and none the rest of the day. read more

Poor communications and no shows. After not showing up, closed call as completed. Very difficult to find someone to call and talk to.

The repairman did a great job. the problem I have is with the number of days we waited for service. Almost 2 weeks. I went online and found that you were offering your collect service customers faster services than those of us who have home warranties or maintenance agreements. that's appalling to me and my family. Also I found that it's impossible to speak to a supervisor or manager that can help customer. I only gave that rating because of the repairman. He has no control over when you send him. read more

Once again, I received a text to rate my completed Sears service today. The technician called me almost 4 hours ago and has yet to show up. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I simply do not understand why this continues to happen. He even verified my address this morning when he claimed to be on his way. This has been going on for at least 6 weeks. So much for home warranty! read more

No one ever showed up. I was home all day. He called. I called back and left a message. When he hadn't shown up by 4 pm i called again and his vm was full. He called Wednesday and said he was coming that day and I told him I would not be home as we had 2 doctor's appointments that day and I never heard from him again. Today is Friday and you want me to rate your service?? How about substandard. Please call me for an appointment with a specific date and time as I will not wait again all day. Better yet have a manager/supervisor call me at 251-716-0597. Thank you. read more

The technician never showed after saying they would be there within the hour 4 hours ago!

Technician refused to go in attic to repair AC. He said he was a big man and said steps to attic wouldn't hold his body weight. Steps/stairs have been used by technicians for over 20 years. He did not make repairs that I say for a full day waiting on him to repair. He was not very pleasant and came back and forth in my house without knocking. Horrible experience!! read more

Wish we could give 0 stars. We had an appointment for October 31st the technician was to arrive between 8-5pm. At 4:50 pm via text we were told the appointment had to be rescheduled to 11/4/23 again 8-5pm. No one ever showed up or were we contacted. A third appointment was set for 11/6/23 again 8-5 pm. Again NO technician. A fourth appointment was given 11/9/23 8-5pm. At 4:55 pm we were informed that the technician would be at our home by 5:45 pm. Instead 15 minutes later our appointment was cancelled and a 5th appointment was made for the 11/13/23 again. 8-5 pm. DO NOT recommend this business for ANY repairs!!! read more

They may be a bit pricey but they are worth every penny! We Han been with them for over 15 years.

I would rate lower if I could. Technician called and said he was on the way and then never showed up. This is after my husband took two full days off work in the prior week waiting on a repair man and left work early this day. Dealing with Centricity, Sears and Chavis Furniture for a repair to my dishwasher has been one of the most aggravating experiences. read more

Well, once somebody finally showed up, it was great. To get the furnace fixed, but the no show the day before with no call was pretty annoying. And our refrigerators been out for over 6 weeks. First off I'd like to say I am extremely disappointed in your company and every aspect whatsoever we have been trying to get our washer and dryer repaired for 3 weeks now under your warranty your technician came out here almost 3 weeks ago and supposedly repaired my dryer when he put the dryer back together because I'm a technician I know what I'm looking at he had put the belt on the wrong way and when he came out here today to finish the parts that were ordered for the washer and to fix my dryer as was supposed to be scheduled from Thursday and Friday of last week he tells me there is nothing showing that he is supposed to be repairing the dryer that he broke the day he was here when he's supposedly fixed it I have been non-stop sent to several different locations through your call system I have been run around lied to by your call center I've been told multiple times that you do not have a manager last week but yet this week when I just recently got off the phone I was able to talk to a manager so mysteriously within a week you hired a manager, I will never ever deal with a Sears or anything that you guys sell repair ever again. when this call was originally done your initial first representative said Samsung said replace the units I am going 3 weeks $300 in the hole from going to laundromats waiting for you guys not to screw up everything you sent my parts to the wrong store you told me I had an appointment this past Thursday and then when I called they said we didn't then they said they scheduled it for Friday they said they didn't your automated system keeps going to me and my wife explaining we have things that we do not. I would like to have all of this completely resolved I am supposed to have the technician come out and fix my dryer today what should have been done what was originally said that both units were a cash out and I was supposed to get brand new units but your customer service rep decided to go a different route. I am done that no one wants to do their job I am done being lied to by all you corporations 30 years ago Sears used to mean something you guys are garbage now your call centers are outsourced I can't understand anyone there is nothing American about your company anymore you guys owe me $300 and I am going to blast the hell out of all of you on tiktok I have over 600,000 followers and they're all going to hear about what your company does for customers beyond disappointed I want my equipment fixed as it was supposed to be when your technician came out not the idiot technician that doesn't know how to put a belt on correctly read more

this service was a complete waste of money---he couldnt fix it and told me to order an ice maker heater for for it and gave me a part # because he said it would take too long to go back to his parts shop --the part # isn't even for this model refrigerator---i contacted kenmore and whirlpool and this part # he gave me was non existent for this model---dont use sears services ... very disappointed for $134 SERVICE CALL HE TESTED NOTHING....... read more

Don't Buy a Kenmore appliance I had purchased a nice Kenmore refrigerator with an ice maker. Delivery date was March 20, 2018 and as of yesterday my fridge no longer works. It stopped working altogether, no lights, no cooling, my freezer food was thawed out. I have checked different plugs to double check, still not working. I was told it will be three weeks before my "none working unit"will be checked out. Very, very disappointed ! Now I have to struggle with no way of keeping my food cold. read more
