Said he would have to order the part and would return the following week to replace it. Have not been able to contact him since then. After returning, and delaying by an additional day, advised he could not complete the job because he would have to unstack the dryer to access the washer. Did not even try. Did not want to complete job even when I offered to have staff help take down or scoot the stack out for access. The online videos for the unit show it does not need to be unstacked to fix the boot but even if it did... he should have known that when he assessed the repair weeks ago and required payment up front. Another concern with this company is he wanted full payment up front. Most companies collect only partial until after the repair is complete. Overall, he should have shown up with help to do the job or asked me to have it unstacked when he arrived. Instead, he immediately said he would issue a refund. I don't normally leave reviews, but I had to let others know how unpleasant this experience was! We can provide copies of documentation should anyone need it!
