The technician has done well, and has informed us each and every time he's arrived. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The customer service support however, is more harassment than support.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The AI that has been chosen to respond constantly sends emails, texts, calls and voicemails, even whenever the technician hasn't arrived or days before.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Whenever I'm trying to actually find out when the technician is arriving, I can't talk to a real human or live agent because all that is available is the AI.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've tried to talk to a real, human representative, with no luck.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] At this point, with it being over two weeks without a washing machine and my washer unit still not fixed and no one to respond to except a pale imitation of human intellect, I've washed my hands of Sears Home Services and will never use them again, and I will encourage others not to use them either. Your tech never plugged in my appliance. He just diagnosed the problem without checking to see if it worked. It does work it had issues. He called the company stating that we neglected our product. That was not the case. Which resulted in them denying our claim. The fact that it works is the issue. We had it unplugged because the light wouldn't go off. Your tech should have plugged it in. We are out the money and time that we waited for your tech. read more

I never leave reviews, and honestly this is probably my first one. They Broke a part on washer that was not even part of the problem I was having with washer, left and never even told me about it. I called and scheduled Another appointment for them to come out to fix what they broke and was told that if he ordered anything that I would have to pay....this company is such a joke and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Now not only do I still have the orginal problem since they were unable to fix, they broke something else and have that broke too. My service technician arrived on time when he said he would. He handled my dryer carefully and was gentle with removing parts. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He explained what the issue was and what needed to be done to have my dryer working again.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He replaced the faulty part and put my dryer back together. And just like that, he had it fixed and out the door. It's nice to have a repair technician know how to fix your appliance in a timely manner. Thank you!!! read more
