They took one look at my package and saw the original USPS on it and immediately said "you have to take that to the post office". I told them I have a email with a return label for FedEx that I paid for and only needs to be scanned. The lady said we don't have a scanner. PITIFUL Fedex is way more expensive than UPS or USPS.

Then when I went to the front she had another female on the phone on speaker and I told her to stop so that I can get to my terrier (small dog) but the woman on the phone was obviously gossiping with The Fed-ex female who didn't do as I asked so then the Fed ex driver swings my package so she can to hit my dog!!! Hollering about it's not ok.. I told you to wait and that it would be ok but no your too busy running your mouth on the phone.. She Didn't even know who I was and never verified if that package really belonged to me.. Get off the phone while your on the clock. Instead of almost damaging personal property and getting stuck in a deep ditch!!
