The belt squeeking and unit shaking more than should however he convinced me he would bring me a new belt the following day. Never did. Claimed he had other customers. Oh and the 90 day warranty on that machine...well he wouldnt fix it claiming parts could not be located so he brought me my cash payment back in the for of a check and loaded his scam washer back in his truck and left mine which he had hauled away that actually worked better than the one he sold me missing parts and no longer working. He left my washer in the driveway. Didnt even help me put it in place. Save yourself a headache. He called me bipolor because i complained about him selling me a broken washer and not honoring his warranty. Same washer he sold me is now listed on fb. Same yourself the trouble.

DO NOT USE. This company was hired as a third party to repair our fridge. He initially came out on…read morea Wednesday and diagnosed what the issue was with our fridge and said he needed to order the part. He then called back Thursday and said he had the part in store and could come out same day to fix the fridge. However, this did not work for my work schedule, so he said he could come Friday. I informed him I had a doctor's appointment but would be there anytime after lunch. He said he would give me a call to ensure I was home before coming over. I waited until 2:30 pm and called his cell and the office phone. No answer, so I left a message. A couple hours go by and I call again, same thing. When my husband got home later that afternoon, I called again, no answer. My husband called and the guy picked up. He told my husband that he thought I was going to call him to let him know I was home and that I never did so. First, that was not the conversation we had. Secondly, I did call, multiple times, including right before that call. So, he did say that he would come the next morning (Saturday) and would give us a call in the morning once he got to his store to make sure we were home. He did not call and never showed up. My husband and I both tried calling both numbers he's called us from multiple times and left messages on both. No answer and no response. It is now Wednesday and we have not heard from him. The guy called the day of, Tuesday, asking if he could come tomorrow, which I agreed to. The next day he did not show up all day until I had left the house for 15 minutes. I could see him on my camera and asked if he could wait 10 minutes since I would be right back. He said no, it was already after 5pm and he would come Saturday. I emailed the company with the email address on their page, as soon as it was clear he wasn't going to show up. Never heard from him again. Today is Monday and I had to call Electrolux and get them to send me another tech from another company. This is not the way to do business. I would rate them a ZERO if I could.

The technician has done well, and has informed us each and every time he's arrived. The customer…read moreservice support however, is more harassment than support. The AI that has been chosen to respond constantly sends emails, texts, calls and voicemails, even whenever the technician hasn't arrived or days before. Whenever I'm trying to actually find out when the technician is arriving, I can't talk to a real human or live agent because all that is available is the AI. I've tried to talk to a real, human representative, with no luck. At this point, with it being over two weeks without a washing machine and my washer unit still not fixed and no one to respond to except a pale imitation of human intellect, I've washed my hands of Sears Home Services and will never use them again, and I will encourage others not to use them either. Replace your AI, it isnt needed when you could pay an actual human being instead of being cheap.
