Hello everyone, so my fiancée called these people for repair on her appliance. The service charge…read morewas 100 dollars, which meant a "technician" drives to your home and simply takes a picture of the serial number and says "we will be in touch". Afterwards the appliance repair is almost $1,000 dollars... combined with labor. They say that your 100 dollars will go towards it but why? The whole purpose of an "appliance repair" is for what? To avoid having to pay money for a brand new entire appliance. I went to the business and voiced my concerns and that a refund for the 100 should be given. If not then I will do whatever I can to inform people to never use this business again. The secretary even agreed with me and said many are very unhappy with their service and told me that the 100 dollars could be refunded. She also informed me that if a check was done then the check number should be on there, well it wasn't. I told the lady "I feel that this was a scam, people are depending on you all to provide them with a service because they need your help."the lady agreed and said she must speak to the owner first about the refund. Ten minutes later the owner calls me and accuses me of threatening them. I could not even speak to this gentleman at all, he was very irate and talked over me continuously. He threatened me with going to my supervisor to accuse me of threats. I informed him with "sir, I am a customer. If have an unsatisfactory concern then I bring it to you. That is not a threat sir." He refused to give me my refund and hung up on me. Their office absolutely reeked of marijuana as well upon the secretary allowing me to come in. Ladies and gentlemen of CENLA? DO NOT use these people... I encourage all to spread this message. Take your business and your money elsewhere to people who enjoy providing you with a service and is honored to be receiving your money. Dependable Appliance is far from dependable or professional.

The technician has done well, and has informed us each and every time he's arrived. The customer…read moreservice support however, is more harassment than support. The AI that has been chosen to respond constantly sends emails, texts, calls and voicemails, even whenever the technician hasn't arrived or days before. Whenever I'm trying to actually find out when the technician is arriving, I can't talk to a real human or live agent because all that is available is the AI. I've tried to talk to a real, human representative, with no luck. At this point, with it being over two weeks without a washing machine and my washer unit still not fixed and no one to respond to except a pale imitation of human intellect, I've washed my hands of Sears Home Services and will never use them again, and I will encourage others not to use them either. Replace your AI, it isnt needed when you could pay an actual human being instead of being cheap.

The belt squeeking and unit shaking more than should however he convinced me he would bring me a new belt the following day. Never did. Claimed he had other customers. Oh and the 90 day warranty on that machine...well he wouldnt fix it claiming parts could not be located so he brought me my cash payment back in the for of a check and loaded his scam washer back in his truck and left mine which he had hauled away that actually worked better than the one he sold me missing parts and no longer working. He left my washer in the driveway. Didnt even help me put it in place. Save yourself a headache. DO NOT USE. This company was hired as a third party to repair our fridge. He initially came out on…read morea Wednesday and diagnosed what the issue was with our fridge and said he needed to order the part. He then called back Thursday and said he had the part in store and could come out same day to fix the fridge. However, this did not work for my work schedule, so he said he could come Friday. I informed him I had a doctor's appointment but would be there anytime after lunch. He said he would give me a call to ensure I was home before coming over. I waited until 2:30 pm and called his cell and the office phone. No answer, so I left a message. A couple hours go by and I call again, same thing. When my husband got home later that afternoon, I called again, no answer. My husband called and the guy picked up. He told my husband that he thought I was going to call him to let him know I was home and that I never did so. First, that was not the conversation we had. Secondly, I did call, multiple times, including right before that call. So, he did say that he would come the next morning (Saturday) and would give us a call in the morning once he got to his store to make sure we were home. He did not call and never showed up. My husband and I both tried calling both numbers he's called us from multiple times and left messages on both. No answer and no response. It is now Wednesday and we have not heard from him. I highly DO NOT recommend.

Today is Monday and I had to call Electrolux and get them to send me another tech from another company. This is not the way to do business. I would rate them a ZERO if I could.

I would not recommend this plumbing company based on my experience. They came to my home to light a…read morebrand new water heater, and during the service, water leaked from an supply line and entered my attic and hallway ceiling. I was told that the leak occurred because the line was not capped. I was also quoted a service fee of $145, but I was ultimately charged $197, which added to my frustration with the overall experience. After the incident, I had visible water damage to my hallway ceiling, and water came through a recessed light that is now no longer functioning. Edrick stated that there was no water damage in the attic because the insulation had caught the water and they wiped everything dry. However, the visible damage to my ceiling and the fact that the recessed light stopped working after the water intrusion were concerning. I also had concerns about the service itself. Based on the events that occurred and Joshua's interactions with Edrick, I did not feel that Joshua demonstrated the level of experience or confidence I would expect from someone performing plumbing work in my home. What was even more disappointing was the response from management and customer service. I spoke with Joy, a representative, and Zack, the plumbing manager. Both came across as defensive when I brought the incident and resulting damage to their attention. Rather than feeling like my concerns were being taken seriously, I felt as though the focus was on defending the company's actions instead of addressing the damage and finding a resolution. I also requested the company's commercial general liability insurance information so that the property damage could be properly reported, but that information was not provided, refused in fact. Accidents can happen, but how a company responds when something goes wrong says a lot about the company. Unfortunately, the customer service or lack thereof that I experienced was extremely disappointing. In my opinion, that ultimately reflects management and trickles down to the staff. I expected better communication, accountability, and customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

After calling several companies where I got no response, or a maybe I can come in two days response, I called ACA. The lady that I spoke to was very accommodating and knowledgeable. She told me a technician would contact me. And just a few moments later, I did get a phone call from a technician who asked me pertinent questions and obviously knew what he was talking about. The technician worked with me and met me at a time that I could get away from work. He showed up exactly when he promised. Being that he was very knowledgeable, he had the issue resolved in record time. The charges were extremely reasonable, especially considering that this was done on a day of very inclement weather when most companies were considering it an emergency only day. In short, in the future, I will not hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs that I may have.
