She told me a technician would contact me. And just a few moments later, I did get a phone call from a technician who asked me pertinent questions and obviously knew what he was talking about. The technician worked with me and met me at a time that I could get away from work. He showed up exactly when he promised. Being that he was very knowledgeable, he had the issue resolved in record time. The charges were extremely reasonable, especially considering that this was done on a day of very inclement weather when most companies were considering it an emergency only day. It stopped working several times so he has been at my house more times than any utility person ever should. And now severe leaking has caused several thousand dollars in damage to my new home. I finally had enough so I paid another business (with a good reputation) to come out and assess....it turns out the whole thing was crooked, the parts were cheap and the security valve thing was blocked so it wouldn't stop the unit from running if it flooded.... which it did. It was so bad that the repair man was apologetic that a human being could do this to another. I was severely shocked when I turned my bedroom light on because my feet were in an inch of water. The platform it sits on rotted and the top of the unit was banged up from his installers.... Now I'm in this situation over $15, 000! Who has that kind of money but I have to repair it. I've recently found out the man I has an F rating with the BBB and is being sued by several supply companies. Not to mention his hostile attitude when you confront him about his poor workmanship. Shortly after this purchase she was talked into getting new wiring done on the house for a significant amount of $9000 dollars to put in new wiring in which she didn't need. My mother in law is past 70 years old and on a low fixed income. It's really bad to sell elderly people things they don't need just to make a profit, a huge profit at that. He called back (quickly) and said he had a plumber who would be at her house in 15 minutes. Christian was there very shortly and had everything fixed in no time.
