Total cost was $171 with the service contract. Had to call them out for the same issue again the next day. Same tech said flame sensor needed adjusting. Same problem occurred again the 14th. I turned the system off and turned it back on and haven't noticed the problem again. Not sure if the problem is resolved but I will call them back out if it occurs again. She told me a technician would contact me. And just a few moments later, I did get a phone call from a technician who asked me pertinent questions and obviously knew what he was talking about. The technician worked with me and met me at a time that I could get away from work. He showed up exactly when he promised. Being that he was very knowledgeable, he had the issue resolved in record time. The charges were extremely reasonable, especially considering that this was done on a day of very inclement weather when most companies were considering it an emergency only day. In short, in the future, I will not hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs that I may have.

I was told that the leak occurred because the line was not capped. I was also quoted a service fee of $145, but I was ultimately charged $197, which added to my frustration with the overall experience. After the incident, I had visible water damage to my hallway ceiling, and water came through a recessed light that is now no longer functioning. Edrick stated that there was no water damage in the attic because the insulation had caught the water and they wiped everything dry. However, the visible damage to my ceiling and the fact that the recessed light stopped working after the water intrusion were concerning. I also had concerns about the service itself. Based on the events that occurred and Joshua's interactions with Edrick, I did not feel that Joshua demonstrated the level of experience or confidence I would expect from someone performing plumbing work in my home. What was even more disappointing was the response from management and customer service. I spoke with Joy, a representative, and Zack, the plumbing manager. Both came across as defensive when I brought the incident and resulting damage to their attention. Rather than feeling like my concerns were being taken seriously, I felt as though the focus was on defending the company's actions instead of addressing the damage and finding a resolution. I also requested the company's commercial general liability insurance information so that the property damage could be properly reported, but that information was not provided, refused in fact. Accidents can happen, but how a company responds when something goes wrong says a lot about the company. Unfortunately, the customer service or lack thereof that I experienced was extremely disappointing. In my opinion, that ultimately reflects management and trickles down to the staff. I expected better communication, accountability, and customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

It still is leaking Freon, he did not hook the heater back up after disconnecting it to install this new unit so it can possibly leak carb monoxide. He did not put in a shut off valve if it gets clogged and started to leak water in my ceiling, it is now freezing up. When he came out the first time he treated us like we were stupid and said there was nothing wrong. It has froze up for the third time in a month and half since installing and has told my insurance company they will not come out to fix it. I have informed my insurance company the danger they have put my family in and I do not want them in my house again. They need to be put out of business. For your safety do not use this company.

It was so bad that the repair man was apologetic that a human being could do this to another. I was severely shocked when I turned my bedroom light on because my feet were in an inch of water. The platform it sits on rotted and the top of the unit was banged up from his installers.... Now I'm in this situation over $15, 000! Who has that kind of money but I have to repair it. I've recently found out the man I has an F rating with the BBB and is being sued by several supply companies. Not to mention his hostile attitude when you confront him about his poor workmanship. Shortly after this purchase she was talked into getting new wiring done on the house for a significant amount of $9000 dollars to put in new wiring in which she didn't need. My mother in law is past 70 years old and on a low fixed income. It's really bad to sell elderly people things they don't need just to make a profit, a huge profit at that. Our family is not happy with AxsomAir in Natchitoches to talk her into making such huge purchases.

My elderly and disabled mother had a toilet that was running, leaking, etc. The gentlemen at AxsomAir were absolutely great. I spoke with Matthew, who Im assuming is one of the owners, and he asked me to give him a couple of minutes. He called back (quickly) and said he had a plumber who would be at her house in 15 minutes. Christian was there very shortly and had everything fixed in no time. In this age where companies and employees seem to be believe they are doing you a favor by letting you hire them, AxsomAir and their staff couldn't have been more friendly, professional, and accomodating. I highly recommend them for any A/C work you have (they replaced her A/C compressor last year) as well as any other services they provide, like plumbing.
