She told me a technician would contact me. And just a few moments later, I did get a phone call from a technician who asked me pertinent questions and obviously knew what he was talking about. The technician worked with me and met me at a time that I could get away from work. He showed up exactly when he promised. Being that he was very knowledgeable, he had the issue resolved in record time. The charges were extremely reasonable, especially considering that this was done on a day of very inclement weather when most companies were considering it an emergency only day. In short, in the future, I will not hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs that I may have.

I was told that the leak occurred because the line was not capped. I was also quoted a service fee of $145, but I was ultimately charged $197, which added to my frustration with the overall experience. After the incident, I had visible water damage to my hallway ceiling, and water came through a recessed light that is now no longer functioning. Edrick stated that there was no water damage in the attic because the insulation had caught the water and they wiped everything dry. However, the visible damage to my ceiling and the fact that the recessed light stopped working after the water intrusion were concerning. I also had concerns about the service itself. Based on the events that occurred and Joshua's interactions with Edrick, I did not feel that Joshua demonstrated the level of experience or confidence I would expect from someone performing plumbing work in my home. What was even more disappointing was the response from management and customer service. I spoke with Joy, a representative, and Zack, the plumbing manager. Both came across as defensive when I brought the incident and resulting damage to their attention. Rather than feeling like my concerns were being taken seriously, I felt as though the focus was on defending the company's actions instead of addressing the damage and finding a resolution. I also requested the company's commercial general liability insurance information so that the property damage could be properly reported, but that information was not provided, refused in fact. Accidents can happen, but how a company responds when something goes wrong says a lot about the company. Unfortunately, the customer service or lack thereof that I experienced was extremely disappointing. In my opinion, that ultimately reflects management and trickles down to the staff. I expected better communication, accountability, and customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
