However, they checked everything and told me I actually didn't need an alignment at all. They explained that the wear was caused by using 4WD during the winter, and it turns out they were right. Instead of charging me anything, they didn't take any payment at all. I was even expecting to pay at least $30 just for using their equipment, but they just told me I could go on with my day. They did recommend that I replace the bald tire as soon as possible, which makes sense. I would definitely recommend these guys because they do great work and are very honest. This place was recommended to me by a co-worker and so one day last Fall I tried them out by getting an oil change there. I was really pleased with their service, so when my car started acting up recently with some serious engine problems, I felt confident enough in their abilities to bring it to them. After calling ahead, I brought my car over there and walked back to my apartment just around the corner. A couple hours later, the mechanic working on my car made sure to call me and give me an estimate on how much the repairs would cost. Compared to other places (i.e., the dealership!), it was unbelievably cheap. When I got my car, I noticed an immediate difference. The engine was smoother than it had ever been and the pick-up was improved exponentially- much better results than I'd ever received at the dealership. Actually, I think they did more than was required. My only critique would be that they didn't call me when my vehicle was ready (I had to call for an update and found out that the car was ready several hours ago). But overall, these mechanics seem like a good bunch of guys who are honest and have a great work ethic. If you ever need a car repair or even your oil changed, this is the place to go. Far better than any overpriced dealership or crappy Jiffylube.

Looks like they have a very high standard on the vehicles they would like to repair, and if your car is not "good" enough, they will just find a simple excuse and refuse to do the repair. Many reasons can cause their refusal, sometimes they think the car is too old, sometimes they think the mileage is too high, sometimes they think you have already purchased the parts and won't do the repair. When they finally agree to do the repair, they treated rude and impatient to the customer, didn't answer your questions if we have any doubts. Unless I have no choice, I will never go to this place to fix my vehicle. Bad experience. Not recommend.

Pump was replaced, but didn't work, so they had to go back in and replace it again. Got it back after a week. When they handed the keys back, I noticed 2 things, the replaced leather seat panel didn't match. Terrible job there. The truck isn't a show truck, so not that big of a deal. But the "oh heck" handle on the drivers side had been ripped out and was just hanging there. Nobody noticed this on the test drive? Kidding me? The manager even drove my truck to the office for me. Didn't even put it in Drive. They replaced the handle with one from a parts truck they had right there and then. 2 weeks later I had a towing job to pull a tractor to Charlotte. Well, first time the turbo went over 15 psi, the turbo hose blew off. The mechanics didn't know they had clean and tighten the hose clamps after the oil pump replacement. On the towing return trip, the truck overheated, found that I had lost 3 gallons of coolant over the trip. Reason? The mechanics didn't put a radiator clamp on the upper radiator clamp! Was slowing leaking coolant. The guys are so very incompetent. Stay away!
