Essentially, each one of us paid £695 (£1390 in total) for the first part of the 'career strategy programme' which is basically three meetings based on two online tests: The first test is a DISC personality assessment test, whereas the second test is a Strong Interest Inventory test. We found later that the tests are available online for £48 on the AxiomSoftware website, and 54.95$ on the CareerAssessmentSite, respectively. In the first two meetings, the consultant simply read the system-ready reports aloud to us; no input. On the third meeting, he presented each one of us with one file, a 'draft career strategy', about 4-5 pages long, which was basically a summary of our existing CVs and a recommendation to engage in the second part of the 'career strategy programme' which of course is not included in the original price and was estimated at an extra £925 (minimum) per person. What also struck us as very strange, is that the key suggestion is that online job search and presence on sites such as LinkedIn does not work. Avoid.
