Chicken & waffles, cajun shrimp in phyllo cups, ham biscuits, a beautiful vegetable tray, deviled eggs, things like that. Just delicious. Writing this review is making me hungry! The third highlight was the reasonable cost. Even at a time when a lot of caterer's were raising their prices at the last minute, Hill's Catering was very reasonably priced, and they were very good about saying, "here's the less expensive option, or if you can spend a little more we could do this," etc. The last wonderful thing is Mrs. Nita Hill herself.
