At my first lunch stop in 2017, the waitress noticed my tshirt, and we had a talk about the Dropkick Murphys. The carvery lunches were around 12 Euro but if you finish your plate you won't have to bother with dinner. Only disappointment was that they never had boiling bacon. It was a staple at every pub on our early trips, but now is mainly a staple at the Tesco grocer down the street. The food is wonderful. There was pleasant music later at night. Hope to be back some day.

This was completely inappropriate and humiliatingly for the staff member and I. The waiter saved an otherwise sub par experience.
