I sent them a copy of the bill via email asking them to confirm receipt and let me know if anything was missing that was necessary to get my bill paid. They never responded to that or my follow up email. Two weeks later I called to ask why my bill wasn't paid and was told there was a note on my file that the bill was missing a wet signature. No one told me that I needed to sign the bill before sending it to them, and they took the time to update my file with a note about the missing info but could not take the time to email me and let me know. This is indicative of my overall experience with taylor morrison. They only care about covering themselves so they don't incur blame, but they don't actually care about making sure their customers are taken care of.

My husband and I recently purchased a home with the help of Byron, Jinny, Derek and Russell. I…read morecould list a hundred reasons why I love this group so much, but a few that stood out are: 1. From day 1, they've been very honest and transparent and there was never any surprises that could push back our escrow. If they thought that we would have possible issues, they told us upfront and so we were always prepared for anything. 2. If it's your first time purchasing a house, terms and numbers are confusing. But they've explained everything to us so well. And if we found a house that we liked, all we need to do is send Byron the address and he would email us with the numbers which really prepared us for anything! 3. They're all easy to reach. I could email now and get a response in less than an hour, and if it's important, I could get a call back in minutes. 4. Customer service skills is unparalleled. 5. They give you cookies from Cravory cookies (which is to die for). And once Russell found out that we loved the cookies, they sent us another box! So if I could give them 10 stars, I would. We've had such a great experience with this team, and would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

I had been receiving detailed instructions and assistance from Byron Watson and his team on how to find the place - and they're located across from the Irvine Spectrum, on the 7th floor of the Smile Brands building in Irvine! As I was ushered into the office, I quickly saw that they were ready for my visit. I was greeted pleasantly by the staff and noticed a welcome board with my name on it - wow, impressed already. After some pleasantries, we got some water and got to work. Byron was extremely helpful and patient when explaining every detail of the home buying process that we could get to in our two (2) hour time frame. This meeting definitely increased my confidence and willingness to buy a home, and I'm glad Byron and team were there to show me the first step! Will remain in contact with Fairway and Byron throughout the purchase and financing process. A very professional and informative experience that is really valuable - definitely recommend to anyone that's new to this stuff as well :)

Horrible company, I…read moreended up calling the attorney general and the consumer affairs of my state because this company tries to strong-arm you into refinancing on your home loan. They are in serious trouble because of their illegal and predatory practices. They will not take no for an answer and keep pushing and pushing. They lie about everything and do anything they can to re-start the clock of your home loan debt. I really advise anyone to never deal with this company. They will tell you all sorts of nonsense about how its such a great idea to refi when the fact is it is not. They are only pushing you to refi so they can make money and get a commission. They are also extremely aggressive in their practices. Avoid at all costs.

If you see a home you like, claim it. Then call The Fuentes Group and make it yours. In February…read more2022, I brought my partner and kid to the United States and showed them around my hometown. We spent our first day touring new homes and I told them to pick a room and make it theirs. We snapped pictures like we lived in the house of our choice. My aunt and uncle let us stay in their home rent free with no expiration date. I told them in a year we would be out. They insisted we could stay as long as we needed to and kept us fed. Still, "free rent" is still rent and renting is no fun. The home market was unreal in that first half of 2022. I had no idea how I'd pull it off, but I wanted to give my family the best. A new home builder wouldn't give us the time of day unless we got pre-approved with their in-house lender. Flooded with business, they eventually stopped returning my calls. Two of my friends with big, beautiful houses told me I would never get approved. One told me to save up a huge downpayment and take an ugly high interest loan. The other went so far as to bet me $10,000 it couldn't be done. Just when I was ready to give up, a friend in the industry connected me with Sophia. Finally, I had a judgement-free zone. She said my situation was nothing to worry about because they had tons of resources. After collecting our information, The Fuentes Group got to work. I wanted to teach my family the power of manifestation so day after day I drove back to the neighborhood like we lived there. I walked the park like it was mine. Sometimes when heading home I would stop by the house and pull up to the garage like I was home. Some people teased me when they heard about this. "The house isn't yours yet. Why are you going there?" The truth is, Sophia and Henrik were making it happen. We heard the word "no" a lot. I had NO job in the US. My partner had NO social security number. We had NO co-signer. Still, I kept visiting that house. We went at least 100 times. Whatever Sophia and Henrik said had the builder finally taking us seriously. We were suddenly the most attractive buyers in their book. Our offer was accepted and followed by huge discounts. Then one day, it happened, just like Sophia and Henrik said it would. We were approved, ready to fund, and only needed to sign a stack of documents. Henrik sent a mobile notary at 7 PM and by the next day at 4 PM we had keys to a brand-new home in our hands. Best of all, I was able to keep my promise to my family: we had our own home in under a year. If someone tells you it can't be done, call Sophia Fuentes and get it done.
