    Before & After - Terrible.
    Stephanie Michelle P.

It truly pains me to write a negative review, but I feel my experience should be shared to help others decided before spending a lot of money on doing a potential life changing procedure. I needed a revision done from a previous breast augmentation. This was going to be my third breast aug. (Definitely not by choice. LOL.) I went to four different doctors for consultations. Two of which were very known names in the cosmetic surgery world. Dr. Simon was the only surgeon that required a deposit for his consult, which will be applied to the surgery if you selected him. I did extensive research and although he was the youngest surgeon out of the ones I saw, he is double board certified and had good credentials. After meeting with Dr. Simon, I felt like I was talking to a friend. He's very personable and thought he was listening to my concerns. He was the only surgeon that would do the surgery through my nipple, which is what I wanted. What I came in with: I had two previous surgeries with Dr. Somers. This man was a master at his craft. My first surgery lasted almost 10 years and unfortunately due to my physically demanding career, I popped a boob. I went back to him cause I loved my first breast augmentation so much. After the second surgery, when I saw him for my post-ops, I realized he might not be very well. Shortly after he passed away. My boobs were uneven - the one that had popped was larger and hung lower than the other. I was left to go hunting for a new surgeon because I was extremely unhappy, which is what led me to Dr. Simon. **CONS OF MY EXPERIENCE - the post-op visit, which is the day after surgery, I didn't even see the doctor. This was upsetting. At my next follow-up, I still didn't see the doctor. I asked when... they said at three months. LOL. His office manager, Alicia, had told me they would help me out with all the paperwork I needed since this was a workers comp claim (they don't accept WC, but I paid upfront). Paperwork still needs to be filled out. I asked for specific paperwork and Alicia couldn't make that happen. I had a list of all my appointments printed by the office. I had an appointment at 4:15. They called me at 4 asking if I was still coming cause my appointment was at 4. I advised it was at 4:15 and I even have the paper they gave me to prove it. They changed my appointment without advising me and I was literally rushed at my appointment. NOT COOL. Last, but never least, my boobs look the same. I have the same issues as I did before with the pain. I'm back at square one! I never went back for my three month post-op to finally be able to see the doctor cause for what??... I wasn't going to waste my time driving there to tell him I just wasted $8k+ and my boobs look the same. *I have posted a before and after with this office for reference - my after photo is with a very thick sports bra and looks much worse when wearing no bra. I'm a sports bra or no bra kinda gal so it really sucks :(

He destroyed my thigh. They were straight before. I just wanted them to not rub. June 2024

I've waited 2 years to write this and hope I save someone from making the biggest mistake. I went to Dr. Simon interested in stomach lipo (I've always had a tiny pooch) and he said i was a candidate. Since I was going under, I decided to also do my inner thighs since they've always rubbed when I walked. I had surgery in Sept 2022 and after swelling went down my stomach was uneven and my thighs still rubbed. At my 6 month follow-up he told me I should've had a tummy tuck, NOT at my consultation AFTER he did my lipo!!! I was told to get more massages. When that didn't work he said he would do a touch-up ($500). They used local anesthesia for the touch-up and I cried, shook and clawed the chair as I felt EVERYTHING! The worst pain!!! This time he flattened my stomach and took too much fat out of my thighs. One thigh had a roll afterwards so I had a 3rd surgery where he had to inject fat back into my thigh. I spent more money and time getting massages after this surgery too. Fast forward, my stomach and thighs are deformed. My left thigh has a small crease and a dark line which are noticeable. My legs used to be my favorite feature and now I have to hide my thighs. My stomach is flat when I'm standing but I have all these stomach rolls when I sit plus there's an indentation where I assume he entered my stomach. I waited my whole life to afford this, get over the fear and to finally get the body I want. Living in Florida I'm always in bathing suits and workout clothes and why I wanted this surgery. Now I'm worse than I was before. He overcharged me from the start but I was willing to pay for the results I expected to get. Instead I spent even more between extra massages and the $500 fee for the 1st touch-up. I got them to waive the 3rd surgery not that it matters. He told me I could do a tummy tuck to fix his mess. What a joke...more money to ruin me more? I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I regret going here and cry every day looking at and feeling the damage he's caused. Just driving or sitting I feel skin rolls touching which I never had and now have to save up in order to have another surgery to fix his mess. DO NOT GO HERE!

My wife researched plastic surgeons in the South Florida area. Sean Simon MD was highly recommend. She made an appointment. After the initial consult. We were so excited he gave a $500 deposit. It's unfortunate. We had to cancel the surgery all because of the office manager Alicia Gil. My wife had multiple questions. Unfortunately she did not respond promptly. And then told my wife after a six hour surgery, the doctor would not see her the next day. Somebody should tell the doctor that he's losing a ton of business because of his office manager. Obviously they will not refund our $500 deposit.

I locked in my surgery. Yes everything was going good. Surgery went well. Or so I thought. The madness started soon after. To put in simple terms. I had an arm lift, an upper back lift and a crescent thigh lift. This crescent thigh lift is where the incision is in the groin and not down the leg. I went back for 2 postop . Still so sore and swollen. I flew home the day of 2nd postop. That day I gave the staff a form from my job for the doctor to sign. FMLA do not cover that type of surgery. I guess only if it was extreme weight loss. They gave me a letter stating they don't outside forms. They said give it to my employer and if they have questions to call them. News flash. It was not accepted by my employer. I work with the state. They refused to let me back on schedule with the letter. I called and begged the doctor's staff to sign the form with no luck. The staff told me they won't be able to respond to me till Monday. This was on a Friday. Now mind you. Before I paid for the surgery. They would email me even on a Saturday. Anyways I got my own doctor to get me back to work. I had a 3rd virtual post op when I came home. Now the swelling was down . I pointed that out to Dr Ziyad . He mentioned we will eventually talk about a revision for my thighs. I was told to send my 1 month updated photos. The incisions on my thighs are so uneven. You can clearly see it over my panty line. The incision my arm is also uneven. I am so upset and frustrated. After being $surgery + airfare + recovery home in a minus. I've sent the photos since last week. Sent another email on Monday. Asking them how would we proceed to have a revision, I have been calling. No response either way. I am so disappointed in Dr Ziyad and Sunset plastic surgery. This was the worst decision I've made and the worst experience I've had after surgery. I'm simply sharing my horror story with this doc and his staff. Is this how you treat you patients????

I had surgery with Dr. Tal Roudner on 11/1/2021. If you want the short version of my review, Dr…read more Tal is nothing short of incredible. He was not the only surgeon I had made consultation appointments with. Some of them I had seen already, the rest I did not need to see.. because once I met with him I knew he was the one. He was extremely professional. He was very straightforward and informative. And he was the only surgeon I actually felt was listening to everything I was saying. Throughout the process I always felt safe and comfortable. I was beyond happy with my results and my surgery truly changed my life. I would and have highly recommend Dr. Tal for your surgery needs. Now for the long version... I'm a 37 year old mother of 2. An 8 year old and a brand new 10 month old baby at the time of my surgery. I went to Dr. Tal because I felt it was finally time to do something for myself. I didn't tell Dr. Tal the full extent of what the surgery would mean to me until weeks after my surgery was completed. Nevertheless, he listened to every single big or small "wish" I had for myself, and told me he would do his very best to make sure that he accomplished everything I wanted for myself.  Prior to the surgery I had not been without my sports bra unless I was showering for 2 years. I had done my initial implants at the age of 18 at another surgeons office. Now time, having 2 children, life... made them one of the things about myself I was most unhappy with. I had spent 8 years in a very abusive marriage and was shamed for my body among other things, and I had almost lost hope that I would ever love to look myself in the mirror again. My breasts were huge, sagging, my nipples were gigantic and the pockets of my breasts were so wide. It's important to note that every other surgeon I saw wanted to do what was easier for THEM. They wanted to compensate for the large breast tissue and large nipples by doubling the size of my implants. They said this was the way to go. They said it would be near impossible to accomplish what I wanted. What did I want? I wanted smaller boobs. I wanted to lift my boobs. I wanted small, normal size nipples that didn't show out of the top of my sports bra no matter what size I bought. I wanted to be able to look in the mirror again and feel proud. Thank you to Dr. Tal - My new breasts are gorgeous. Even more beautiful than when I originally did them with my 18 year old super healing skin. My implants are smaller and perky. I absolutely love them. The scars are healing amazingly and they look better and better everyday. My back doesn't hurt anymore. I can wear whatever bra I want and my nipples never pop out. I don't have to spend time all day shifting my boobs around to try and make them look even and normal under my shirt and my sports bra. I can even go without a bra and my nipples are small and evenly placed which is a true miracle to me. This has changed my life. I know many people will feel like this is silly and cosmetic. But getting my love for my body back at the age of 37 is more than I could ever have dreamed of. It has now been 3 months since my surgery. I went from a 36DD to a very very happy 36C. My 8 year old daughter says she loves seeing the way I look at myself in the mirror every morning. DR. TAL ROUDNER IS A LIFE CHANGING SURGEON! THE VERY BEST! - And his staff is also incredible! Thank you to Jordan, Mila & Anna for always being there.. for any question or concern..big or small! I will forever be grateful! _ And in response to those that are posting they are outraged at being charged for a consultation. This is not only a common practice for surgeons and in my own field of mental health, but the consultation itself was not a 5 minute appointment like every other surgeon I saw. Dr. Tal was extremely informative in this appointment and took his time with me. The appointment was well over an hour.

After talking to my wife for a few minutes we decided to cancel the surgery and asked for a refund . We were then escorted back up front and were simply handed a piece of paper ( sticky note ) that only had an email address and we were told we would have to email them for a refund, when I began to ask questions and complain about this they acted like they didn't speak English anymore . My wife then began to search for Dr Loessin on google and found him in Miami Lakes at another company called Harmony Cosmetics, my wife then called there office and made a same day appointment with Dr Loessin. When we arrived and explained our situation to Dr Loessin in person he agreed to perform my wife's surgery the next day . Dr Loessin also explained that he had left CG COSMETICS 3 weeks prior due to reasons that he could not disclose. We then went back to our hotel and emailed CG for a refund since they had lied to us about the doctor resigning that morning and tried to pressure us into having another Dr who we didn't know , perform the surgery, be advised at this time they were in breach of contract as the agreed upon Doctor had left 3 weeks prior and could have told us about it , giving us plenty of time to research another doctor . We also explained that they were going to file complaints with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and the Florida Board of Medicine as well as file fraud charges with our credit card company . Now CG did respond saying sorry and that they would look into our refund within 30 business days , it has been almost 2 months now and haven't heard anything from them despite several emails demanding our money back due to a breach of contract. These people in my opinion have committed fraud and need to be held accountable! If anyone reads this please reconsider using CG Cosmetics, this has been the worst experience we have ever been through. They are unprofessional and have no morals or integrity. We are still out of pocket thousands of dollars on hotel and airfare that could not be refunded because of CG's deceptive practices. If CG Cosmetics does not issue a full refund due to breach of contract the credit card company assures us that they will take legal action .

I had contemplated getting it for so long because I was flat-chested. I lost a lot of weight the previous year so getting a breast augmentation was the cherry on top for my confidence. I also wanted to get minor liposuction on my stomach. I had a pocket of stubborn fat underneath my belly button that would not go away no matter how many sit-ups I did. I called to set up my consultation and dealt with Lucy. She was so nice and made me so happy. I remember getting off the phone and smiling because I was so excited about my consultation. Consultation: The following Tuesday I arrived at my consultation. I was so nervous but the entire staff made me feel comfortable and they were so welcoming. I changed into the gown and Dr. Craft came in with a sweet nurse! I didn't get her name but she has always been so sweet! He spent a lot of time with me! He went over everything, answered all my questions, gave his advice, and listened to what I WANTED. He was so informative and I knew that I wanted to start the process. I want to say I was almost there for an hour. Weighing my options, listening to the pros and cons, and asking questions. I'm so thankful for the consultation because I left very confident and firm on my decision. I ended up picking 415 cc of silicone, high profile. I wanted to be a full C or D cup so this was my best option. Blood work: I came back a few weeks later where I met Cybil! The most amazing person in the world! Gosh, I love that girl! She took my blood and informed me about everything! What to do, what not to do, and everything I needed to do before my surgery. I got a really big packet of paper but left knowing everything that was in that packet. They took before pics, measured me, and answered any questions. During this time I was put in contact with Marilyn who is great! She gave me her phone number and during this entire process, I asked any questions that came to mind. She has always been so sweet and helpful! Procedure: I was extremely nervous since I had never gone under anesthesia before. My surgery was scheduled for 10 am so I followed all the instructions the night before. The anesthesiologist called me the night before asking if I had any questions which made me feel a lot better. When I arrived I got put into the room and got changed into the gown. The recovery nurse April came in and talked me through everything and gave me an anti-nausea pill. She is just the best! I remember her telling me about her son; she was so sweet! She said most people don't remember her much since they get knocked out but how could I forget such a sweet lady! Dr. Craft came in and went over the game plan with me. He marked me up and made sure we were on the same page. I went into surgery 100% confident and excited. I wasn't nervous at all. Everyone was so nice and explained what they were doing to me. I knew I was about to knock out when the lights were swaying back and forth and I was 100% calm. I woke up and April was there, she brought my fiance in and I went hope. Later that night Dr. Craft called me and we talked. He explained to me how the procedure went and told me instructions for going forward. This meant a lot to me and just made me so happy that I picked him to do my surgery. Recovery: As I'm writing this I'm about 6 weeks post op. I have followed their instructions religiously and have worn my fajas 23.5/24 hours a day. The follow-up appointments have been great and the support has been so great. I did lymphatic massages with Janet and she was great!! Since I only got a little bit of lipo I only had to do 4 sessions but it helped reduce the swelling so much. Worth every penny. She was great and I enjoyed getting to know her. Everyone in this office is amazing and I'm so thankful and blessed to have gained the amazing care of the staff and developed many friendships. I seriously wish I worked here so I could hang out with them every day!! Thank you all so much. P.S I LOVE MY RESULTS! They're exactly what I wanted.
