The worst! Doesn't care about his work or his patients. At first he will seem amazing and caring! Then sign contract, he takes your money and that's the last of that! I was 10 minutes late on surgery day, and I know that's not the best but coming from Ft. Lauderdale it was over an hour with traffic ans there was an accident which can't be controlled. I called ahead to apologize. When I was being prepped for surgery, Dr Simon came in at the very end. I again apologized for being late (10 minutes) He Basically chastised me and said "you had my team twiddling their thumbs" mind you I'm already nervous and had taken a Xanax as instructed... that was such an awful thing to say to someone right before you are about to operate on them. I must say his nurse and nurse anesthetist were amazing. Once surgery is done... they basically kick you out and you're on your way home! With all of that, I would have been ok with if he had done an amazing job! Which he didn't.. I have implant exchange and lift... he went way smaller then I wanted and by 6 weeks post op they had already dropped significantly. I expressed that I was not happy and hoping to have them redone the way I initially wanted. He said sure no problem ... then was given a quote for full price to have them redone.. his office manager was awful as well! I have never written a review before but I wish I had know his manner before and I would not have gone to him. Since I have had my breast redone with another surgeon at full price. So it wasn't about the money it's about caring about your work and that you have patients that are happy with the outcome.. I would be sure to research other surgeons! It truly pains me to write a negative review, but I feel my experience should be shared to help others decided before spending a lot of money on doing a potential life changing procedure. I needed a revision done from a previous breast augmentation. This was going to be my third breast aug. (Definitely not by choice. LOL.) I went to four different doctors for consultations. Two of which were very known names in the cosmetic surgery world. Dr. Simon was the only surgeon that required a deposit for his consult, which will be applied to the surgery if you selected him. I did extensive research and although he was the youngest surgeon out of the ones I saw, he is double board certified and had good credentials. After meeting with Dr. Simon, I felt like I was talking to a friend. He's very personable and thought he was listening to my concerns. He was the only surgeon that would do the surgery through my nipple, which is what I wanted. What I came in with: I had two previous surgeries with Dr. Somers. This man was a master at his craft. My first surgery lasted almost 10 years and unfortunately due to my physically demanding career, I popped a boob. I went back to him cause I loved my first breast augmentation so much. After the second surgery, when I saw him for my post-ops, I realized he might not be very well. Shortly after he passed away. My boobs were uneven - the one that had popped was larger and hung lower than the other. I was left to go hunting for a new surgeon because I was extremely unhappy, which is what led me to Dr. Simon. **CONS OF MY EXPERIENCE - the post-op visit, which is the day after surgery, I didn't even see the doctor. This was upsetting. At my next follow-up, I still didn't see the doctor. I asked when... they said at three months. LOL. His office manager, Alicia, had told me they would help me out with all the paperwork I needed since this was a workers comp claim (they don't accept WC, but I paid upfront). Paperwork still needs to be filled out. I asked for specific paperwork and Alicia couldn't make that happen. I had a list of all my appointments printed by the office. I had an appointment at 4:15. They called me at 4 asking if I was still coming cause my appointment was at 4. I advised it was at 4:15 and I even have the paper they gave me to prove it. They changed my appointment without advising me and I was literally rushed at my appointment. NOT COOL. Last, but never least, my boobs look the same. I have the same issues as I did before with the pain. I'm back at square one! I never went back for my three month post-op to finally be able to see the doctor cause for what??... this has been a Long process and I wanted to wait to see the outcome obviously, I know your office does not provide refunds, but I thought your office should know before I post this on yelp I came early in the year to fix a problem that was actually due to the first surgery I had with dr simon years ago my right abdomen an area I was told by a second doctor that was not fully lipo canula so when I gained and lost weight its was uneven. so i figured let me go to the original doctor to fix it i spoke to dr simon years later about a solution besides lipo we agreed on sculpsure which was said to be a great solution and with minimal pain its was untrue for both It was almost unbearable to go thru the first time the esthetician did it was hurting but not hot. after the session the esthetician told me the machine was not working properly so she rescheduled another session days later which i think was a mistake because I was very swollen from the first one she proceed to do a second one which burned it was a very painful and it left me with a fibrosis very hard lump that actually made the bulge I was trying to get rid of look worse she said she never seen that before which I doubt because after reading review from sculpsure patients it seemed to be a regular occurrence this was not told to me by dr simon or the esthetician she said wait a month or so for the lump to go down and we would do another session it never did you accommodated me an let me finish with Elena with massages which I appreciated but it also did not break down the fibrosis that machine had left me I paid 4000 probably close to the price of an actual corrective lipo to come out looking worse than when I went in I feel robbed to be honest and this is nothing to do with you but more to do with the esthetician and lack of transparency or follow up from the doctor it is now November and last month I had to pay another 2000 to a Dr Mosquera to do corrective lipo on where it was done properly and to remove the fibrosis don't think your office will make this whole for me in any way but I feel that I was not taken care of properly by the esthetician or the doctor honestly the only person that tried her best to help was ELENA with her massages but she could only do so much I really feel abandoned the esthetician never checked up on me . dr simon he never check on the results no call backs nothing how does such a well-established dr not have follow up??? to offer solutions when this happens I used another doctor and had to spend more money because at this point I had zero faith in your office to fix my issue I will send a pic of the after results of dr simon then the pic of me healing after I had to get corrective lipo which is what he should have offer to begin with if he knew there was no other way to fix the lump the fibrosis ruined my summer it hurt and left me very depressed and self-conscious I have been told by other doctors I can pursue legal counsel but I just want to put this behind me but you should ALL know what I went thru and I would really like a response before I post this on social media again thank you vanessa for all you tried to do for me first pic is hard lump on bottom right side of abdomen 6 MONTHS after the sculpsure if you see the pics she took before I got it actually looks worse second pic is a few days after the corrective procedure removal of the fibrosis and fixed my lump DR mosquera done 3 weeks ago and with amazing results read more

My new year resolution was to do something about this INJUSTICE so here I am writing my trauma. I had surgery with Dr. Sean Simon in 2020 and after 5 years I finally got the strength to speak out! It was such a traumatic experience that I was completely FROZEN FROM MY PAIN! When you first go to his office, he is the most charismatic and professional doctor that you could ever imagine. I went to all doctors in Miami, Beverly Hills and NYC but only Dr. Sean Simon responded to all my questions and concerns in a very detailed manner so I decided to go with him. However, after you pay him, this man will NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOU OR YOUR SATISFACTION ! ZERO ! I've waited 2 years to write this and hope I save someone from making the biggest mistake. I went to Dr. Simon interested in stomach lipo (I've always had a tiny pooch) and he said i was a candidate. Since I was going under, I decided to also do my inner thighs since they've always rubbed when I walked. I had surgery in Sept 2022 and after swelling went down my stomach was uneven and my thighs still rubbed. At my 6 month follow-up he told me I should've had a tummy tuck, NOT at my consultation AFTER he did my lipo!!! I was told to get more massages. When that didn't work he said he would do a touch-up ($500). They used local anesthesia for the touch-up and I cried, shook and clawed the chair as I felt EVERYTHING! The worst pain!!! This time he flattened my stomach and took too much fat out of my thighs. One thigh had a roll afterwards so I had a 3rd surgery where he had to inject fat back into my thigh. I spent more money and time getting massages after this surgery too. Fast forward, my stomach and thighs are deformed. My left thigh has a small crease and a dark line which are noticeable. My legs used to be my favorite feature and now I have to hide my thighs. My stomach is flat when I'm standing but I have all these stomach rolls when I sit plus there's an indentation where I assume he entered my stomach. I waited my whole life to afford this, get over the fear and to finally get the body I want. Living in Florida I'm always in bathing suits and workout clothes and why I wanted this surgery. Now I'm worse than I was before. He overcharged me from the start but I was willing to pay for the results I expected to get. Instead I spent even more between extra massages and the $500 fee for the 1st touch-up. I got them to waive the 3rd surgery not that it matters. He told me I could do a tummy tuck to fix his mess. I couldn't make the appt because I had to drop off my kid and then I would have to pay another $300-$500 dollar fee in order to see Dr. I don't recommend someone this strict. I would not recommend this medical office for any services they do. I learned that their customer service is poor, and their staff is deceitful and disrespectful towards clients. I'll prove that below. I was scheduled for a follow up medical procedure today. A week ago I sent them pictures via email to confirm the procedure. They ignored my email. The called me twice - a week ago and yesterday - to confirm my appointment. Today I showed up early, because I live an hour away from their office, I didn't want to be disrespectful and late in case I would hit any traffic. They made me to waste an hour and a half at their office. First, they tried to lie that they left me a voicemail with cancellation of an appointment as they needed to reschedule that in 6 more weeks. I have all my voicemail messages transcribed and saves for work. There was no voicemail from them. I needed to take a few hours off work for that appointment just to hear them saying they needed to reschedule that in 6 weeks. They kept me at their office for an hour and a half, disrespecting my time. I asked if we can proceed with a procedure right away, they informed me that they would not per the doctor's recommendation. Despite I agreed to accept all the risks, they followed the doctor's recommendation (not an order), and kept me waiting and waiting my time, because for some reason they could not give me an answer 'No, we won't do this today'. Why didn't they respond to my email with the cancellation? Why didn't they leave a voicemail with cancellation? Why did they lie that they did? Why didn't they cancelled when they called a week before to confirm? Why didn't they cancel yesterday when they call me to confirm the appointment? I see a lot of good feedback about this medical practice, but I assume that everything works smoothly with them when there is no issues. If there were 0 stars I would put 0. Never ever come to this place. I came today for my tattoo removal. I had 4 sessions back in Los Angeles. When I got session #4 with them I felt big difference. The level they put was so low. It was 5 times lower than my usual girl does. This people do this to make as much money out of you as they can. I went through pain today. I wasted $400 dollars that nobody is going to return me for the poorest service and I wasted my time. Now I have to wait at least month to get my next session. And I was trying to get rid of this tattoo as soon as I can. I'm deeply disappointed. This is the first bad review I wrote in my life. Just don't come to this place. Got breast reduction/lift with Sean and I'm satisfied with the results as of 2 weeks post op! I would say he is one of the best plastic surgeons in Miami. I went from a 38DDD to a C. The procedure took about 3 hours and I was barely in pain at all afterwards. They provided bruising vitamins & scar cream. My surgery was 9k but was so worth it. He had to do a lot of work to fix me up so I understand the price. The staff is super friendly. Wish I could give zero stars. Dr Simon will tell you exactly what you want to hear in order for you to do a procedure with him and then when it doesn't come out the way he tells you it will look, He will say there's always a possibility that this could happen, but never mentioned the possibility of anything going wrong during your consultation. As a client, it's not my job to ask what could go wrong. It's his job to explain The possibilities of something going wrong so that you can make a decision whether it makes sense for you or not to go through with it. I had saline implants and I wanted to switch them out for silicone if they would be perkier. He told me he was 100% able to do that without a lift and they looked the exact same as when we started. Complete waste of time and money highly highly do not recommend as other doctors will tell you the truth and tell you that you do need a lift and not just what you want to hear to get $7000 out of you. I want to trust him with a regular breast augmentation without having implants first either. Also, Another thing I thought was very odd is that he won't take the time to meet with you after your surgery until it's been six months every single postop appointment is with a nurse and you will not see him. I went in asking for advice for my breast and I told the Doctor that' if needed I would undergo a breast lift but he said that it would t be necessary and just 6 weeks after my surgery my implants were on the floor. The worst plastic surgeon and office. I did an abdominal and thigh liposuction and had a horrifying experience. Never go here. Avoid at all costs. I waited almost a year to post this. By far the worst medical experience/ procedure of my life. 7k for lipo on tummy and thighs under local anesthesia and zero results. Actually the results are far far worse than before procedure. Thighs are bigger, saggier and have more cellulite and a clear line where he used the Cannula to go in for the liposuction. Stomach now protrudes even more and higher up largely because of the laser guided liposuction he did which resulted in a thick pancake layer of fat around my belly button making me look more pregnant. And he doesn't stand by his work. So rather than offer a touch up at no additional cost like most surgeons would to "fix" their work, he wanted to charge me an additional 5k to do something he couldn't do the first time. With zero apologies and a nasty office manager that may or may not shield him from any contact from his patients so you are never getting a straight answer. It's all about the sale. So the only way I could even speak with him is by appointment even after surgery. So I had to wait months when I knew within weeks that it didn't work. I never in a million years would have anticipated worse results, nerve damage and tingling and numbness for almost a year to look worse than i started. And so much discomfort. I'm deeply deeply disappointed and strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere. This doctor and his office is all smoke and mirrors, care only about money, not customer satisfaction or doing great work. I underwent breast augmentation with Dr. Simon over one year ago. The initial consultation with him and his staff was great, as they were very good at making you feel welcome. However, 6 months after my initial surgery I developed Capsular Contracture on the right breast, which required surgery again at a cost of $3,500 for just the one breast. Unfortunately, I noticed the office staff demeanor to deal with this corrective surgery did not have the same pleasantries as the initial one. Many of the items provided during the initial surgery like scar healing creams, vitamins, and compression bra were not included with this surgery. My biggest complaint was from the Office Manager, Alice, who lacked professionalism and empathy. She insisted I was just "upset about the surgery so I was venting about not getting a cream". While the office staff insists capsular contraction is a personal issue after surgery, there are measures that can be taken to reduce such risks. Perhaps, breast massaging after surgery, which is not recommended by Dr. Simon and his office as they insist there is no research to prove it decreases the risk, or perhaps using different antibacterial methods. At this time, I would not be going back to that office to correct this. Plastic surgery is an investment for many and you need a "TEAM" of professionals to ensure you have an overall good experience beyond just having a good surgeon. I went in seeking an upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelids). The Dr. didnt seem to be enthusiastic about performing the surgery, and wanted to do injections (fat transfer to tear troughs, and Botox or Dysport) and overall facial laser treatment instead. Once I found out the price, I explained to his assistant that I had set aside a certain amount of money, as heredity has shown that this condition (bags!) runs in our family and I had known for about 25 years I would have this surgery when I could afford it, just like my mother and grandmother had. I explained to his assistant that I wanted my bags permanently removed, that I did not want to embark on a plan of recurring injections for the rest of my life, which surely would still not address the excess skin issue, etc. She called back saying that Dr. Simon would agree to do the surgery, but recommended the CO2 laser as well. I agreed. When the morning of surgery came, Dr. Simon came in to "mark me up." It was a brief encounter and I certainly did not get the "warm fuzzies" from him. I'm not sure if he was mad or annoyed at having to do the surgery (??) but that is the last time I saw Dr. Simon. On the 3 subsequent visits back to the office for check ups, stitch removal, etc, I was seen by an assistant. I had a 4th appointment set for 90 days after the surgery, but after much debate, I decided not to go. Telling the Dr. that I was unhappy that I still have lower bags and extra skin flaps on the sides of my eyes could have only resulted in setting another date for revision surgery, and ultimately I decided I did not want him cutting on me again. I find it strange that I would still not have seen the surgeon 90 days after a procedure, and would expect any reputable surgeon to personally follow up, and take an interest in the results of his or her work, after such a procedure. I see that other reviewers have had great experiences with other types of procedures (the reason why I chose Dr. Simon) but to do the revision for eye surgery I will have to save up probably another 7K and this time I will go to an ocular specialist. I do not recommend this surgeon, as I have many friends who have had a much more "hands-on", personal approach to their recovery. I feel like I was just a number, and a low one at that. read more

I am so completely thrilled with my results that I felt I needed to share my experience on social media. I thought for a long time about moving forward with my decision to have breast reduction and liposuction. My father was a surgeon so having elective surgery was a decision I thought long and hard over. Despite the advice from friends and family to get multiple consultations and opinions, I went straight to Dr. Simon. His wife, Perri Young, has been my doctor for several years and I have had nothing but great quality care and a bedside manner that is virtually non-existent in today's world. The same can be said for Dr. Simon and his staff. The office runs like an immaculate fine-tuned machine. Booking the consultation with Elizabeth was a breeze. Luckily the day I called they had a cancellation and I was able to get in within a week. Otherwise I would have had to wait months. He is simply that good! When I met with him he wasn't rushed, he took his time, addressed my concerns, shared his opinions and answered any questions that I had. I booked my procedures immediately, even decided to add a neck lift to get rid of the double chin once and for all. Elizabeth coordinated everything for me, took the before pictures, provided a thorough explanation and documentation of everything that I needed to prepare for surgery day. She was exceptional, with a sense of humor and total confidence in Dr. Simon stemming from the results that she had witnessed over the years while working with him. The day of the procedure came and I wasn't nervous at all. I felt prepared. I followed the pre-surgery instructions that were clearly laid out to me and was ready to make the change. The nurses, Pricilla and Nicki, were absolutely wonderful, every step of the way, and took care of any post-op questions or concerns. Elena, who conveniently performs the post-liposuction massage at the office, is one of the kindest, sweetest people that I have ever met. Marisol at the front is desk always pleasant and accommodating. My surgery date was just seven weeks ago and yesterday I took a sneak peek at the "before" pictures at Dr. Simon's office. I could not believe the transformation. I expected results, sure, but the way he was able to re-sculpt and define my body is unreal. He actually gave me a "bonus rear-end" by contouring my body in a way so that my former flat rear end now has definition. He truly is a master of his craft, a genius. I feel amazing, have more self-confidence, love the way I look, went from a size 12 to a size 6 in seven weeks....Priceless!! And he told me yesterday that I am still not completely healed so I can only expect more improvement. Incredible!! If I had any regret it would be that I waited as long as I did to make the decision. Worse experience ever! I was referred to Dr. Sean Simon by a friend and everything started out good. I went for my first visit to Dr. Simon to discuss liposuction to remove some unwanted fat, as we began to talk he informed me that I was a perfect candidate for Smart Lipo Body Sculpting. He made me feel extremely comfortable with his confidents when telling me I would have a prefect body and tight skin. We continued are discussion and I agreed to go through with the procedure. The day of the surgery I was extremely nervous and Dr. Sean made me feel at ease. After a three hour long surgery everything was going as planned and I began my recovery. After the weeks passed my body was extremely swollen and I began to notice a lot of hardness on my right side. When I went for my follow-up he promised me this will go away and my skin will tighten. More weeks passed and my body seemed to worsen. I have a huge ball of fat on my right side and my stomach has stayed the same. My whole life I have been very active and always had a pretty flat stomach, but I wanted it to be prefect as Dr. Simon promised me. After three months I went for my second follow-up, at this point I was very depressed and crying my heart out to him. He said he did an amazing job and wouldn't admit that the surgery wasn't so amazing. He then told me I had a huge pouch to begin with and that he removed a huge amount of fat, which was untrue. When I pointed out the ball of fat he quoted with a huge smile (That is just your bone). After 10 minutes of him talking he began to admit that this was fat and tried to sell me messages to remove the fat, which was never mentioned by him or any of the paper work. When I asked him to show me the before pictures to prove to him I look the same, he told me I can't I will email them to you and we can review them in three months on are next follow-up. I feel that instead of him making me happy he just wanted to get rid of me! With tears still pouring out, he told me to not be so hard on myself and then said I never put a gun to your head to come here. In my personal opinion he was very unprofessional and I feel like he was just a sales man trying to make a sale. I honestly feel that my surgery was a huge waste of money! read more
