I always went pretty late in the evening, 10PM or later and there was hardly ever more than one other person there doing laundry besides me. There are plenty of washers, dryers and folding tables to accommodate everyone even at the busiest of times. They have small single load boxes of detergent and fabric softener for sale as well as a vending machine up front. Free Wifi and open 24 hours. There is always someone working there so if you have any technical difficulties they will be addressed right away. I believe there is drop off service as well. But one of the biggest perks is that you are literally a 2 minute walk from the Mr. Twister, and lets face it... Ice cream is literally about the only thing in the world that can make doing laundry better. Overall you can't go wrong with this place. It's hard for me not to give them 5 stars but at the end of the day the building is a bit dated and the laundry doesn't fold itself.
