We scheduled the appointment for a Wednesday... after taking a half day off from work, no one showed up. I called the office & Kimberly informed me that I must have misunderstood & that they were coming Friday. Friday came around & they didn't show up in the window promised. I called again & Kimberly said that they were running late & will come later. Fine, 3 hours later, a high school kid (literally) came over, looked at everything & said that I should have a quote shortly. After a week, I called to followup & Kimberly said that I should have a quote later that day. 3 days pass & I call to make sure that they had my email correct... they did. The quote finally arrived 5 days after Kimberly originally said it would. We decided to move forward & the only available time they had was 3 weeks out. After all of that we decided to move forward & give them the benefit of the doubt. The day of our appointment, no one showed up. I called & left voice messages 3 days in a row. No answer. 2 weeks after the scheduled appointment I receive a call from Kimberly basically saying "you called?" I informed her of the missed appointment & said we would like to cancel. Which her response was "okay." No apology. Needless to say, stay away unless you want to have your time wasted & have to follow up every step of the way!

Paradise Gutters thru his representative Larry Larson requested a 25% down payment from me on same day, which was paid thru Mr. Lardon's PayPal account as a family and friends payment because, as stated by Mr. Larson, he could the funds immediately and could use them to buy the materials. However, he failed to mention that business payments made as friends and family are no guarantee by PayPal. Mr. Larson said that he needed about two weeks to secure the materials needed to do the work, but he never came back. Then, Mr. Larson said the he had a family emergency, that his father in law was sick, and he had to go out of town, and that he had no cellular signal. After calling multiple times and leaving numerous messages, I finally received a call from Mr. Larson, he told me that he was going to do the work the following week. The week past and Paradise Gutters never came or called about the job. At this point, I strongly believe this person and business are dishonest, and would like to warn other people about the deceiving business practices of Paradise Gutters and it's representative Larry Larson.

They were timely, easy to communicate with and the craftsmanship was perfect. The area around our porch was damaged, rotten wood and they removed old materials and added new soffits that matched our remaining soffits perfect. The gutters were crafted perfectly for our home on site. The owner really cared about our opinion as he worked, which we appreciated. Lastly they cleaned up all debris and mess and took it with them.
