If you do not like dentists then this is not the place for you. Staff are unsympathetic and rude, no patience for somebody that has a fear. Their attitude is if you don't like it then just go. Honestly avoid at all costs. read more

My husband was blocked after missing just one appointment - staff were rude and unsympathetic for the reason of missing this single appointment. To add insult to injury I had actually left specific requests that they contact me the day before my husbands appointments (due to medical reasons) so I can ensure he attends. They didn't - now he has no dentist in the town where we live and we have to try and find one in another town! I will be moving with my entire family to a new dentist - such a shame as never had any complaints about the work (both private and NHS) until now and I have been going there for over 15 years. Clearly one missed appointment in 15 years is worth losing all this private and NHS work over. read more
