On the other hand, the customer service is excellent as the receptionists are very flexible and they can cancel appointments at ease. The dentists themselves are all excellent, but I once had a dentist (a long time ago now) and she gave me a 45 minute 'lecture' about which liquids to drink! Although, the last 4 times I have had a lovely dentist who was always interested in my day. Overall, I would most definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone in the East Sussex region. If you have been here before then you would know that the customer service is wonderful! I will come here for many more years, as I find the dentists and the receptionists very kind and caring.
