Terrible experience. 1) The bus driver named 'Tiger', he was speeding all the time, he drove 80mph on the freeway, and kept on the fastest lane in the freeway, we was sitting in the front row, we witnessed everything, and I took the picture too. I text the tour guide that driver is speeding, but the tour guide told me that, 55 speed limit is for the truck, insane. 2) The bus driver was drink and drive, we saw he bought 3 big liter bottle of beer on night before and brought it back to hotel, the next morning the bus driver couldn't wake up, and all the passengers waiting for him, the tour guide make a excuse said the hotel forgot to make morning call, when the bus driver walked by us, we still can smell the alcohol. The laws is not alcohol within the 24 hours for the commercial bus driver. 3) Because the bus driver was late, he need to drive very FAST to catch up with 4 others tour bus, at the Yosemite crooked tiny road, driver overpasses 2 buses in the same time, it was really scary. 4) The tour guide (named Steven), he don't explain the destination at all, only told us where is the restroom, where and when to drop off and pick up, that's all he do, other then that, he just ask us to sleep. 5) The tour guide brought his wife with him, he told us his wife first time to SF, he need to be with her all time, seen like he is having a vacation not us. 6) The tour guide didn't spend time to explain the destination, cause he is busy of playing cell phone game, cause we are sitting next to him. 7) The tour guide is selling extra 5 destination for $50 each person (2. 5Hours), we didn't want it, then he want us to find our own transport to meet them at the very last destination, this is their service, they don't arrange how we going to do in the strange place, finally we need to walk 2 miles and found a taxi, and brought us to the SF city hall to meet them. 8) The tour guide is a smoker, he was kept the cigarette in his mouth while he was writing and talking to us, we don't think this is the right way talking to your client. 9) The tour guide don't let anyone use the bus restroom, even though it is emergency, I feel bad for the old people in the bus, they need to hold for at least 2 hours. 10) The bus driver clean up the bus every night, and put all the trash bag next to the astray can at the hotel, at least 20 trash bags, this was immortal. 11) The bus is old, seat belt is not working, arm rest is broken. 12) We saw some passengers was smoking at the Yosemite national park, 3 of the tour guide was chit chat at there, we told them the situation, but their reaction are 'none of our business'. The laws is not smoking in the national park at all time. I hope that Seagull's owner can review this feedback. read more

I booked los Angeles & las Vegas tour with them .. 2 night in LA & 2 in Vegas Positive: Los Angeles city tour was really good and the tour guide was friendly, I got to see everything You don't have to worry about transportation in LA and from La to Vegas Negative - in La I didn't had the chance to see the Dawontown, just saw it from the bus window I chose a standar hotel which mean 3-4 starts hotel but their standard hotel mean 1-2 starts old dirty hotel. Unorganized, each morning you have to run from a bus to another searching for your name if it's in the last or not . Very early tour 7 am At the bus they talk in Chinese and English, it's a bit annoying when you listen to a language you don't understand. If you are travelling alone, absolutely there no chance to make friends at the bus There fee for the tour guy ,6 $ per day , 3 $ for airport transfer. I don't mind 6$ per day not a big deal but it would be better to include them in the total change. Las Vegas Positive You will be taken from La to a hotel in las Vegas (you don't have to worrey about transportation between La and Vegas) 2 free Chinese buffet (you have to pay 1 tip for each buffet). I don't like seafood nor Asian food so I just charged my phone at the restaurant without eating anything. Note for the buffet, you have to set in certain places with the rest of the group and the restaurant stuff will deal with you as school kids. In Vegas nothing free from the tour, from La to las Vegas the tour guy was advertising about their tour activities for $$$ Las Vegas night for 25$ ( they will take you to hotels all the hotels are next to each other and to old las Vegas) I didn't chose their night tour instead I bought 24 bus ticketfor 8$ , the bus stop is in front of Circus Circus hotel(they will book your room at this hotel) anyway, I went to these places in the afternoon untill night .. I was free to explore everything. The next day they have a tour to the ground.. tour start 5 am ... U have to pay 10$ and 6$ for the tour .. I decided to not go and spend my day in Vegas We left Vegas at 8:45 am , went to the buffet, chocolate factory. Oh wait The tour guy asked me to pay 18$ tour fee for las Vegas. even though, I didn't join any of their non-free activities. I paid them to him :) For the hotel cirucs circus , 1) smoking is everywhere, I wouldn't let my kids(if I have any) to play there 2) the gift shops & restaurants are expensive. Small water for 3$ 3) at 8 am, u will see the drank people everywhere, elevators..etc 4) people misbehave, I woke up in the morning and I found garbage in front of my door. 5) hotel area is far from the strip and the hotel is really old. And so on If you chose LA-las Vegas then you must probably will visit the Teenager Outlet Ok it's my thought not necessarily 100% true 1) mostly the price is higher than other outlet due to the fact that many many many tourists shop there so there is a high demand 2) I guess there is a deal between the tour company and some of the stores 3) I would recommend you to go the North or South las Vegas outlet ,, they are way cheaper. 4) don't spend your money at the gifts stores in the hotels.. they have low quality stuff for unbelievable price ... Go the the strip mall it's in front of the hotel that has water show,, guess the mall called Hollywood. The mall bas brand shops with discount price as well as the big water for 99 c (less than a dollar) while at the hotel it's 5 dollars I wouldn't recommend this company, I would only recommend it for a day tour in Los Angeles, just a day not more I learned one listen, I could tour myself better than any company Yeah one last thing, the tour guys have absolutely no knowledge. He said the tower in las Vegas is the highest in north America which absolutely wrong ,,, the highest one is in Canada . They kept saying highest, oldest, and the first. I think they just saying that so the poor tourists will feel that they saw something very unique Btw I booked the tour from taketour.com ... I know this company has a lot of names so be careful. One general note about las Vegas, if you don't want to gambling, drinking, or partying then just spend one or one and half day in las Vegas. Don't believe all the negative reviews because my family and I had a wonderful experience with this company. Our family booked a 3 day tour from Los Angeles to San Francisco and Yosemite. We have never booked from taketours.com and we have never heard of the tour company Seagull Holiday. Did some googling and was shocked at all the negative reviews they had. Little did I know that this tour would have been one of the best that I have ever been on. Some basics of the tour: - You have to pay an additional $117/person for the full experience (more info in Day 1) - There are bathroom stops every 2 hours - You have 30-45 minutes at each stop to take pictures (well enough time) - Hotel check in process is handled by your tour guide - Mainly Chinese tourists - Language: English & Chinese Each attraction/event will be identified as a number ex:(1) Day 1: Seagull picks you up from one of their pickup locations, which you can choose on the website when you book the tour. In this case, we were picked up from Hotel Irvine. Pickup time was at 7:15 and our driver was there promptly. Keep in mind that you might have to transfer once to another bus depending on what tour you booked. For example some passengers transferred to another bus because they booked a tour for the Grand Canyon. It's actually quite efficient because this way Seagull can pick up more clients at a time instead of sending multiple buses to the same location. The bus is just an average coach bus that was in good condition. We made our transfer to our final bus in Chinatown and there we met our tour guide Alex. Our family is not Chinese nor do we speak a hint of Chinese and Alex kept that in mind as he spoke English and Chinese evenly throughout the whole trip in order to keep nobody out. From Chinatown we drove to (1)Santa Barbara for some sightseeing and ate lunch at In-N-Out. After Santa Barbara we drove to the (2)17 mile drive and (3)Pebble beach. Later on Alex informed us that each person would have to pay an additional $117 in order for the trip to be worthwhile. While $117 may sound a lot, its worth every penny especially if you haven't been to SF or Yosemite ever before. For $117 you get a SF Cruise, a SF inner city tour, access to Yosemite and access to Stanford (bus parking permit.) Included in that $117 was a $8/ day service charge for the bus driver which he deserves in my opinion. Have you seen the streets of SF, or the roads in Yosemite? You should try weaving a 45 foot bus down those narrow streets if you think that service fee is a scam. From there we drove for dinner in Oakland and there were actually a lot of options (from Chinese, Sushi, Popeyes, etc.) There is also a 99 Ranch Market and an 85 Degrees bakery there so be sure to buy some breakfast since there will be no time to eat breakfast on Day 2. After dinner we checked into our hotel (Red Lion @ Oakland) and it actually wasn't that bad since they just remodeled their rooms. The hallways did smell like smoke however but it didn't bother us too much. Day 2: Day 2 is probably the most tiring one because you basically explore all of SF in 1 day. You depart at 6 AM and head straight to (1) Stanford. We got there around 7 and had about 45 minutes on our own to walk around the campus. From there we drove about an hour to the (2) Golden Gate Bridge and then to the (3) Palace of Fine Arts shortly after. You also head to the top of (4) Russian Hill/ Lombard Street (highest & steepest street in San Fran) and stop at (5) Fishermans Wharf for lunch at Darrens Cafe (Vietnamese fusion with breakfast and American options.) After lunch you take the (6) SF Cruise operated by the Red & White Fleet (lasts 1 hr 30 min). The Extensive SF City tour is next on the agenda as you head to multiple locations in SF such as (7)Cliff House, (8)Twin Peak, (9)City Hall, (10)St. Mary's Cathedral, and (11)Castro Street. After all that you drive 2 hours Clarion Inn Conference Center in Modesto. This is the reason why I'm knocking off 1 star, simply because this hotel is straight up garbage. Sheets were clean and bed was comfy but that was about it. Many dinner options around there with In N Out, Chinese Food, Outback Steakhouse, and a couple others if you're willing to walk a block. Call time was at 6:30 AM the next day. Day 3: Clarion offers a complementary intercontinental breakfast but don't expect too much as you're just offered toast, muffins, or cereal. You depart at 6:30 to Yosemite which was around a 3 hour drive. At Yosemite they take you to (1) El Capitan,(2) Yosemite Falls & Lower Yosemite Falls, (3) Half Dome, and (4) Tunnel View (best view of Yosemite.) Overall you spend about 2-3 hours in Yosemite itself and that is well enough time to see everything Yosemite is known for. After all that you drive back to LA. Overall this is a great tour, I would highly recommend it if you have never been to SF or Yosemite before. Be on the lookout for tour guide Alex or Bus # 338. read more

This travel agency is not good, the travel experience is very bad, awful, and frustrating. Why? 1. Time. They don't give you enough time to touring. If the other agency give you two hours, they only give you like one. Half time of touring, half satisfaction of experience, half level of happiness. 2. Hotel. The hotel they choose are very cheap, old, and far away from the city or tourist attractions. Sometimes it is just a motel. Yes, a motel. And I need a travel agency to arrange a motel for me?! Am I stupid or something? And they tell you to wake up like 5am, because the hotel it's just too far away from, well, everywhere! 3. Food. You know sometimes the travel agency just let you solve it yourself? But the difference is, the other agency will take you to local restaurants, but this one take you to McDonald. Same question: why I need to be arranged to McDonald?! If they have arrangement, they will take you some cheap tasteless buffet which is worse than McDonald. :) 4. Services. Well if you luck enough to meet a good and experienced tour guide, the food thing can be better, but the other things will not, because that's the company's arrangement not tour guide's. The general services is just normal, but they won't let use the toilet behind seats in the bus, they will tell you something about the toilet is broken but it's just a lie, they just don't want to clean it. DON'T GO ANY TOUR WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! My family and I signed up a one day tour to SD with SeaGull (aka Ctour/海鸥) by ordering from Wannar.com. It happened to have a heavy rain in LA, and more surprisingly, the tour bus was raining inside as well!! The rude tour guide, Park Ji, claimed this is the best vehicle he picked, and ALL their vehicles have water leaking problems.... LOL NO KIDDING. When people started complaining about the water leaking issue, Ji even used terribly bad languages and attitude to abuse people, and even some of them are seniors. The service and transportation quality are just as terrible as you can see from other reviews. For safety concern and your mood concern, please stay away from this company. read more

Worst bus tour company ever! I joined their 3 days 2 nights Las Vegas & Grand Canyon tour. The tour guide's name is Jun. He is the worst tour guide ever! He is very rude and unfriendly to kids! And when I called their company to file a complaint, the guy who answered the phone (his name is Ray) has bad attitude as well! Terrible experience with them. They charged us 80 dollars per person for the west wing Grand Canyon tour for the park ticket, lunch and in park transportation. This ticket actually only cost 57 dollars. When we went up to ask why extra was charged, the tour guide Kelvin Wu did not give us a proper explanation and just kept telling us to call the company. Well we did, but the 24 hour line of the company was of course not working. (He "couldn't" reach the company either as he said). The guide also speak terrible English and Mandarin. He could not explain anything, and he spent 95% of his time selling all the extra charged programs like the night tour of Las Vegas which you could totally do it yourself for free. I didn't book straight with the company but with www.toursforfun.com. If I had known this, I would defiantly picked a better travel agency, it is not worth it to book a cheap trip and end up paying extra on all other tickets. read more

Anyone who is even considering booking this tour company needs to save themselves from the terrible service and completely incompetent staff that this company employs. I will list my exceptions in the end. Keep in mind during the review that my family is Taiwanese and we all speak fluent Mandarin, with my father, mother, sister, and myself whom of which speak fluent English. Let's start off with the general reasons why this company is still in business. They rely on customers that fly in from mainland China who don't know any better about booking tours at much more reputable companies that actually care about the satisfaction of their customers. Racism is strictly not what I am implying, but it is common knowledge to many of us that a vast majority of these customers from mainland China have no manners at all. Squeezing past you in lines without saying a word, cutting us in buffets like they haven't seen lukewarm buffet food in years, is all just the tip of the iceberg. Save yourselves from the anger that will be building inside of you for the duration of the tour. Everyday was the same exact routine, which is nothing to complain about except for the rudeness of practically everyone on your bus. Wake up early (which is to be expected), visit the points that you are supposed to visit, and go check in at a hotel in the evening. After having everyone mob around the Tour Guide for their room keys like he's a renowned actor, you can finally get to your room and relax until the next morning. Expect everyone to not know the definition of "standing in line and waiting your turn." On the morning of the last day of our tour, everyone was to meet up at the same place to look for the your guide that was described to you the night before. You will most likely not be assigned to the same tour guide that led you for the majority of your trip. Don't bother asking any of the other tour guides about the whereabouts of who you're supposed to meet up with, because you will get one of two rude answers: 1. "I don't know, I'm busy right now." 2. "Don't bother me if you're not part of my group." This was when we decided that our family had suffered enough of the poorly managed employees that this company employs without performing a personality check during their "interviews" when hiring their staff, 99% of which are truly not fit for their respective roles. We asked a lady (who refused to give us her name after the quarrel so we could not report her to the branch manager) the location of our tour guide and gave her the name of supposed guide. All we were given in Mandarin was, "She's not down yet". Okay, we'll wait. After about 10 minutes, my grandfather goes up to ask her an estimate of what time she would be down. Rudely, the woman replied, "I don't have time for this". My grandfather thought this was unacceptable so he shared the conversation with my father, who went to ask what was wrong with her attitude. In the middle of the event, a Chinese guy pushes my father aside and says in Mandarin, "Move away, get away". My father replies in Mandarin, "Wait your turn, I'm not done yet". Then the guy's son starts cussing out my father for apparently acting disrespectful to his father, so I finally had enough and moved in to push the man's son aside and followed up with a well deserved sentence of profanity that he deserved. When security arrived, they began to break the quarrel up, but let it go on for a couple more moments once they heard my father speak fluent English while he explained the situation while dealing with the other man, while I kept his son quietly at bay while he was pushed aside. The heated argument ended and we did what most individuals would do when a complaint needs to be filed against an employee, which is to ask for their name. She replied, "Why do you need my name?" The nerve of these employees. Even the other employees wouldn't share her name with us. I apologize for this long review, but I felt that this needed to be shared. Within your given price range, there are much better touring companies. As far as I could see, none of the guides spoke fluent english, so I felt really sorry for anyone that couldn't understand Mandarin. My sister had to occasionally translate for other families during the trip. With all of this said, our tour bus driver was the only one worth giving extra tip (on top of their precaculated tips) to in the end. He brought us on the vacation and back home safely, so I'll give credit to him. And yes, if there was an option, this review would be 0 stars. read more

I'm not a native English speaker so I will just type some words first which I think are the best to describe this tour company: irresponsible, overcharging, rude, etc. I speak mandarin and a little bit English myself but I can still tell that none of the tour guides is capable of speaking accurate English, which I think would be an intolerable experience for native speakers. As to the attitude, I was trying to convince myself that they just wanted to be a life friend with me so that they showed less respect to me. But finally I failed to convince myself and had to admit that they were just being rude. Some of the tour guides yelled at those who were late or, even not late - just on time."Where have you been? We are waiting for you!!!" One tour guide named John, he also played the role of driver at that day. He kept introducing the scenes along the road whilst driving, which was good of a tour guide but dangerous of a driver. He even read aloud phone numbers to us while driving. I don't know if this is against law or something but I do know that this is irresponsible for the safety of all the passengers in the car. At the very first day, me and my friend were charged more than 400 US dollars for some entrance fees. The tour guides also convinced us to buy a buffet that would be served at the last day, which btw we hadn't had. And we were charged another 10 dollars each on the other day for accessing a buffet. We talked about this with the tour guides who lead the group and they didn't give a shit and kept transferring the duty to others. We have no choice but find websites like yelp to leave our complaints. In one word, this tour company sucks. Don't choose them unless you are willing to waste money and time and enjoy nothing. read more

I wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt despite the negative reviews but how the tour guide, Gary treated us was so awful. We did the 3 day LA-San Fransisco-Yosemite tour but we didn't even go to Yosemite with no explanation why. Day 1: We got picked up at Best Western and Gary was running late. He told us there was assigned seating which we didn't even know about. My aunt refused to sit in the back because we reserved it 7 months in advance and we were the first one to arrive, but Gary stated (and I quote) "I don't care if you reserved it early, your group is sitting in the back." Later we found out they wanted to alternate seating arrangements each day to make it fair but with the language barrier (he's Chinese) it was hard for him to communicate efficiently with us throughout the whole trip which led to more problems. The first stop was Santa Barbara lasting 30 minutes, enough to take pictures and use the restroom. Second, we went to Solvang for lunch and sightseeing which is basically a European tourist spot. Be sure to try the aebleskivers at the Solvang restaurant it will change your life. Traveled a few more hours with a restroom stop along the way. They dropped us off at a shopping center for dinner which they had a variety to choose from like Mexican across the street, sushi, Chinese, Popeyes, etc). **Be sure to buy breakfast for the next day at the market close by bc there isn't time to eat. The sea lion hotel we stayed at was pretty good. Day 2: Left at 6:30 to San Francisco. We did all sorts of things except the cruise which my family chose not to pay for. I'm glad we didn't because it gave us time to shop and eat at Fishermans Wharf which is where the pier was. **I suggest you don't buy the cruise ticket because exploring locally during that free time is so much better. A lot of street performances, street food, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Madame Tusseauds, etc. For dinner, they took us back to that shopping center again so I'm content they gave us choices instead of making us go to one place. Day 3: Went on that Wild West campground site to ride that train if you chose to pay for it. Then onto 17 mile drive, pebble beach and the Monterrey Bay Aquarium (if you chose to pay for it). We didn't pay either of those either and instead had free time to shop around. There's a strip of shops and eating Venues so there's plenty to do. Plus, I think it's a waste of money to buy the aquarium ticket when you only have 2 hours which isn't enough time at all. My complaint- On day 3, there was a guy who brought a drinking cup with a lid and Gary said he couldn't take it in the bus but the guy said there were other people bringing food and drinking cups to the bus and he didn't say anything to them which led Gary to rant his frustration. He said, "I don't care if you guys are in a happy mood or not, I get paid either way so those with cup drinks you need to get out of bus." I should rate my experience with one star but I'm giving it two because the breathtaking views in SanFran made up for the lousy tour guide and our missed opportunity to Yosemite. Plus, the charter bus was nice and clean. Another plus, the hotels were really nice too. Here are Do's and Don't's if you book this trip: - DO go to the bathroom during the restroom stops. We couldn't use the bathroom in the charter bus which I'm glad for and they stop every 2 hours during the first and third day to and from San Francisco. - DO get fish and chips or the famous clam chowder at the Fishermans Wharf in SanFran - DO bring a neck pillow. 1st and 3rd day is a lot of travel time - DO bring a jacket. Even though it's August I made the mistake of not bringing one and it got chilly up in NorCal. - DO expect communication problems. This is a Chinese company with a Chinese tour guide and Chinese tourists. - DO bring $117-186 worth of cash because there is a mandatory fee for the inner city tour and service fee -DON'T have Gary as your tour guide. -DON'T buy the railroad train ticket, we didn't go bc it's $30 just to go around some campground site Bottomline, based on our experience we're not coming back. read more

I didn't book tours with them directly but with TakeTours.com. Overall, bad experience with Seagull Holiday. Tour guides speak good Mandarin but they speak terrible English. Some of the English speaking tourists even asked me to translate for them. There were hidden charges or extra charges, which made me felt like I was being conned. Some of the tour guides are rude. When some tourists refuse to pay those hidden charges or extra charges, they raised their tone and argued with tourists. When some tourists asked the tour guide to explain more about places that we visited, the tour guide became very defensive and blamed those tourists weren't listening. In fact, I do not think that they explain much about those places; not even some basic information. 5 hours drive from LA to Las Vegas, on a bus without air-conditioner, that was so ridiculous. Didn't they check their buses before any tours? And the so-called free buffet was horrible. The buffet place was super packed and everyone was fighting for food; not enough food at all. All in all, if you want to go on tours and have happy tours, stay away from Seagull. Even though their "Buy 2 Free 1" deal looks very attractive, it is not that attractive after all because you will end up paying a lot of hidden/extra charges. read more

First of all this is my first time doing a bustour and only the second time being in the US. ( We are from England) When me and my friend booked this tour through Take tours we were told that we will be travelling with SeaGull holidays. Our tour was a 12 day tour from Los Angeles to San Francisco, which included Yellowstone, The Grand Canyon and Archers National Park. After reading so many bad reviews, we were worried that this tour might be awful and a waste of $900, especially because we are both under 20 and students and therefore that kind of money is a lot to us. On the first day we were picked up from Los Angeles Chinatown and when we arrived there, we only saw Chinese People, literally 99.99 % was from China. As we entered the bus we also noticed that we were the only people who spoke English, from that moment on we really thought that this might be the longest 12 days of our lives. Our tour guide called Chester was also Chinese , he first introduced himself in English and afterwards in Chinese, that surprised us because we were the only English speakers. Chester had been living in the US for 8 years so his language skills were sufficient and good to understand, of course his Chinese was better and he often explained more in Chinese. At our first stop he did tell us that he will always try to explain as much as he can in English. DAY 1 Our first stop was Barstow at a Chinese Buffet which cost us $15 but included entrance for two days and unlimited food and drinks, the food was okay, although I'm not a big Chinese food fan. After that we drove to Las Vegas to pick up more people and than we made our way to Richfield, where we arrived around 8.00 pm. So on the first day we mostly sat on the bus, but the view of the dessert and canyons made our long trip more attractive. The Hotel was a motel , it was very clean and the beds were comfortable, so it wasn't a Hilton hotel but we didn't expect that anyway. DAY 2 On the second day we had to be at the bus at 6.00 am and from there we made our way to Arches National Park. We had to pay a $60 dollar entrance fee , but that included entrance fees for other national parks as well. Archers Park itself was beautiful and we had a one hour stop to go hiking to the top and see all the arches. In previous reviews I read that you don't get enough time, but if I am being honest, one hour was definetly enough and more time spent there would have made it boring. We made two more stops, which were each 30 minutes long and than we continued our trip to Denver. The drive to Denver was again long but the scenery was amazing, because we drove trough the Rocky mountains which were covered with snow. The hotel in Denver was good and had a swimming pool and Walmart was just 10 minutes away. DAY 3 Again a early departure and the morning ride to wyoming was 4 hours long and was very, very boring. The only thing we could see was grass and occasionally a cow. Chester did put on movie (Forrest Gumb) which made it a les boring. When we entered the mountains of South Dakota the weather changed from Sunny to very foggy and our first sightseeing stop was the Crazy Horse, unfortunately we couldn't see it because of the fog and some of our Chinese people were really annoyed and expected our second stop ( Mount rushmore ) to be the same. Luckily when we arrived there, the heads of the four dead presidents were clearly visible and it was a wonderful feeling to see them in real life rather than in movies. At mount Rushmore they also sold Buffalo Burgers which had a price tag of $12 but were delicious. 30 minutes at this stop was sufficient to eat and take a few pictures. Finally our third and last stop was devils tower and was about 2 hours away from Mount Rushmore. This mountain was fascinating and is definitely worth visiting. Our Hotel " The ramada" was located in Gillette and was very nice and had local restaurants, supermarkets and a swimming pool. DAY 4 This was the day I was waiting for and it's the national Park I always wanted to visit, it's Yellowstone National Park. From Gillette to Yellowstone took us about 4 hours but once we were there, it was breathtaking. The scenery is indescribable and there are Buffalo's everywhere. We had 3 stops in Total, all 30 minutes long and included The dragon mouth, some other gyser and the Old Faithful, at all three stops, we had enough time to visit everything and to take a lot of pictures. We stayed in a small town in West Yellowstone which was very touristy with mostly chinese people walking around, the Hotel was my least favourite from the entire tour but again was good enough and clean. DAY 5 From West Yellowstone we headed towards Salt Lake City stopping in Yellowstone twice and Grand Teton. Grand Teton was just wow, it looked like a different world. After leaving these mountains we drove towards Salt Lake city and arrived there around 5.00 pm. We made stops at the momon temple and the City hall, both very nice read more

Idiot bus driver threw the bus across 3 lanes of traffic going 70 mph on the freeway, almost hit multiple cars in the process, and drove onto the median, shoulder, and some dirt. Dangerous, risks the safety of everyone on board. I'm honestly not sure if the guy even knows how to drive a bus. Presumably they need a license to operate a bus for a business, but from reading other reviews, this company has a reputation for a lot of sketchy borderline legal business practices so I wouldn't trust they can even get a licensed driver. Does not even deserve one star. Worst tour ever. First day when we arrived, we had to wait 3 hours for our tour guide. They also do some sketchy business where we were not able to check in with our passports as they booked the hotel under someone else's name. He states he was on his way when we contacted him and that he would speak to the hotel to see if they can let us check in. That did not happen. What a huge waste of time. There's also zero planning that goes with this tour. On one day where we were planned to go to a chocolate factory and outlet mall, it didn't happen. This landed on Christmas Day and I was already weary that places would be opened. And of course, nothing was opened. This is the basics of planning a trip and asking for customers to pay you. Why they didn't even bother calling before hand before planning this trip is beyond me. This tour guide then took us to some shitty gift store and told us to explore and wait. Waiting again and again....wasting everyone's time. No one on the tour was impressed. Then we were brought to places like Grand Canyon, horseshoe bend, etc. Tour guide barely left the car. He simply got off the bus and told people when to get back to the bus - no actual leading the way or introducing the places. Lazy lazy lazy. Other tour guides were actively with their group and taking pictures. They also charge tips and service fee daily and for what? They haven't done anything. Tour guide named Bill also lacked knowledge in anything he was showing. Overall, I wish I read up reviews and would not recommend this tour to anyone. Please stay away!!!! The tour is also very cheap in that they do not let you use their washroom because they don't want to pay for the maintenance. Ridiculous!!! Two unpleasant trips with Seagull Holiday in CA - 海鸥旅行社: My first trip is back to many years ago. I joined Seagull to visit West Coast. On last day of the itinerary, the tour guide who last name is lu (吕) and driver who spoke Shanghainese forced us to get on the van to the airport around noon time while we supposed visiting more places in afternoon and finishing our tour by 5:30pm based on our itinerary. Because other two travelers had flight in afternoon, they didn't want to send us to the airport again. At that time, I just came to this country and didn't know how to handle the situation, but I called this agency and spoke to a lady manager. She indicated that she would contact the tour guide and driver and let me know. Unfortunately, she never called me back. Even though I called her many times, but no one picked my calls. We were sent to airport half day early and waited on the airport for flight over 7 hours. My second trip was booked via third online agency. I wasn't aware of that the online agency ranged us to this agency. Similar with my first trip, I got upset experience again. On the trip day, both bus driver and young tour guide didn't check the bus luggage door that caused many luggage falling on the highway. After a traveler found, the bus was turned back to the highway to search missing luggage until very late, so we missed the remining tour on that day. Next day morning, some travelers refused to leave because they didn't get their luggage including their documents such as passports back yet...............Although Seagull's manager already was informed last night, no bus was sent over to take the travelers who didn't lose the luggage to complete their tour. Instead, whole group forced to wait until these people finished their argument around noon, so we missed another half day tour. My two experiences with Seagull give me unforgettable and negative impression. I took my work days' off and spent money, but didn't visit all scenery on the itinerary with no any refund due to Seagull's fault. Also, their tour guides didn't introduce the history and scenery often and well with their broken English..........This is a no credit travel agency in CA. I will never join this agency again. If you are not Chinese, do NOT do this tour. We did the 3 day West-Rim Grand Canyon/Las Vegas tour from LA. We were the only non-Chinese people on the tour (we're Australian). All the tour guides are Chinese. Their English is not always the best, and English translations only ever felt like an afterthought. Plus, everybody on the tour are pushy, rude and impatient. I was second in line for a bus once, and ended up getting on almost last after several Chinese families pushed their way in. Considering these tours are run almost every day, they really lack organisation. They do not provide a written itinerary. Payments for the optional activities and service fees were sprung upon us during bus trips with no prior warning. Activities often start very early and they do not stop for breakfast. They also distribute things like room keys and tickets in a very unprofessional manner, just dealing with whoever is at the front of the swarm of people. No lines, no instruction, no authority. They do not communicate important information, yet they try to up-sell you. We were heard our tour guide say to another couple that if we did the West Rim tour, we would be standing around for 3 hours while other people did helicopter flights, so they should book one as well (~$200 per person on top of the $80 admission fee). When we got to the West Rim, we waited 40 minutes for our guide to organise the tickets. Meanwhile, we spoke to an American security guard who told us that the ticket includes a 3-point bus tour, including 2 view points and a ranch visit. He also advised us where to use our meal voucher. NONE of this information was told to us by our guide - we literally thought we were just going to stand at 1 place for 3 hours. It actually turned out to be awesome, but we had to work all this out by ourselves. If you're not Chinese, don't do the night tour ($25 per person for 3 hours in 3 casinos + old town). They will try to tell you that everybody does it. Don't. You can walk to the strip from your hotel, or you can pay $8 for an all-day ticket on the Deuce which goes from the strip to Old-town. You do not want to be a part of that frustrating tour group who stands in everybody's way through the busy casinos. Do it yourself, take your time and have your fun. The free buffets are all Chinese food, and its not nice Chinese food. The only positives I have to report is that the hotel is decent (cheesy, but decent and close to the Strip). Also, our first tour guide Matt seemed to have lived in America a while and went out of his way to make conversation with us and ask us what we did on our nights away from the group. We recently went on a three-day bus tour to Las Vegas and Grand Canyon with Seagull Holiday through taketours.com. FYI...This is our first bus tour ever as we didn't want to deal with the driving. Here are our observations: 1. Our tour guide did his best with his limited English skill. Lots of mispronunciations and very difficult to understand. 2. The tour guide will try to sell you all the overpriced activities, i.e., helicopter tour of Grand Canyon, night shows, or other activities. You are much better off booking these activities on your own. Case in point, we originally planned on just taking the "South Rim" tour for $25.00 per person. Our tour guide said there is "nothing to do" and the "West Rim" tour for $80.00 is much better. Moreover, we will have an "even better experience" if we take the added helicopter tour for an additional $205.00 (Total price $285.00 per person - West Rim and helicopter tour) The tour itinerary has very little information on the $205.00 helicopter tour. We had to ask the tour guide multiple times for more information and he finally said it is from Sundance Helicopter Tour and said to look at their website. Please be aware that there is only one tour from Sundance Helicopter that is similar to the Seagull description, but that is where the similarities end. This is deceptive selling from Seagull since our helicopter tour is actually very different. What we got was a five-minute helicopter ride down to the canyon. They then rushed us to the boat and they would not even let us take some pictures with the helicopter - we were on the Colorado River for about 15 minutes -- back to the same boat dock. We were again rushed back to the helicopter return back to the original point. This ridiculous experience cost us $205.00 per person. This is better than stealing! A much better alternative is to book DIRECTLY with Sundance Helicopter or Maverick Helicopter after arriving at Vegas. They have many different tour packages, but for about $350.00 per person they will send a limo to pick you up from the hotel to take you to the airport. From there, you will ride the helicopter over Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, and Grand Canyon. You will have a chance to rest and have lunch at Grand Canyon before taking another helicopter ride back to Vegas. You will have a much better time and save lots of hours from sitting in a tour bus from Vegas to Grand Canyon. 3. Seagull Holiday tour guide will tell you that you should buy their buffet lunch since it is a special discount for their customers on this "luxurious seafood buffet." Please do NOT buy it! It is actually the Las Vegas Buffet Restaurant. This restaurant is NOT open to the public -- only to tour groups!!! There was not a single piece of seafood anywhere - very little meat, only cheap, low cost ingredients. You are much better off going to TGI Friday restaurant nearby or walk across the parking lot and the street to a Subway. 4. As for the hotel, we stayed at the Circus-Circus Hotel This is probably one of the worst large hotels on the Strip in Vegas. The rooms here go as cheap as $25.00 per night on a weekday. My family and I will never take another tour from Seagull Holiday (taketour.com) again. I think we will stick with driving to Vegas ourselves in the future. Shame on Seagull Holiday! read more

I have been to many tours in the past and this is the worst I have ever been on. The tour guides are very rude and unhelpful to us and other people on the bus. Most of them speak terrible English you can hardly understand. Also, there are surcharges to many of the sites we visit, including an unreasonable $35 fee for the Las Vegas night tour, which involves you being on the same bus and stopping by a couple of spots in Las Vegas. Most of our meals involve fast food, with the exception of two chinese buffet meals near Las Vegas, which is of extremely bad quality, definitely not worth what you pay for. If we were able to rent a car, we could have visited all the places on our own with the freedom of choosing our own hotels and amount of time spent at each site. Absolutely the worst tour I have ever been on. DAY 1: First off, the tour bus was late at when they were supposed to pick us up. Once we got on the bus, the tour guide, whose name was Rywin had no sense of organization and basically made people who he didn't want to talk to sit in the back of the bus. His accent was very thick and it was hard to comprehend anything he was saying, and when we asked him questions, he didn't understand what we were asking. He said something about tipping at the buffet that we went to (worst buffet I have ever eaten at), but then on the last day, when we asked him why we were being charged a service fee, said that he told us not to tip them and the money we gave him on the first day was supposedly for their tip. Basically, he made no sense. Once we got to the hotel, he made everyone wait in the lobby for a good half an hour, and yelled at the people who asked him questions. When questioned about where our rooms were, he said he didn't know and told us to ask someone else. DAY 2: We got a free day because our family decided not to go to the Grand Canyon, and it was literally the best day out of all three. The tour guide did nothing to make sure we were well accommodated and didn't even bother to check up on us once. DAY 3: We met in the lobby and all seemed off to a good start, but then once we got to the bus again, we found out that we were going to have brunch at that horrible buffet once again. The buffet was free, but honestly, I could have gotten things off the dollar menu from any fast food chain and been more satisfied. We went to the Ethel M. Chocolate Factory, which was okay, except none of the workers were actually making nay chocolate. There was also a botanical garden attached to the side of the chocolate factory but it was so hot, there wasn't any opportunity to actually enjoy it. Once we got back onto the bus, Rywin walked up and down the aisles to collect the before-mentioned service fee (but what service did we actually receive?) The total cost ended up being $7 per day, even though we didn't partake in the second day activities. Since our family was 6 people, and these fees weren't mentioned to us before, it ended up costing us a steep $126. The outlet that we went to was the Tangers Outlet, and though not great, it was probably the best thing that happened all day. Overall, this tour has been an absolute disappointment and I would not recommend it for anyone. Additional note: the majority of the guests who were in the same bus as us were equally, if not more, dissatisfied with the service (or lack thereof) and we're extremely upset, so I know this isn't just my and my family's views. read more

READ BRFORE YOU BOOK This is the worst tour I ever have I just came back from the 8 days Yellowstone, antelope canyon, Teton , Bryce Canyon, mt. Rushmore, crazy horse etc..... tour. I book the tour through "Tour4fun" , I don't know what is the relationship of Tour4fun and seagull holidays. But both are bad. They charged $30.00 for change pick up location a month before the tour. Total national park sightseeing was only about 10 hours out of 8 days tour. 2/3 of times were on the bus . They rush with everything, we stared the trip in 6 to 7 am and back to the hotel around 8pm, a few times all of the restaurants and supermarket were closed, the tour guys has to call the food place to wait for us, otherwise we will have no food for dinner. Most of the time we stayed in motel, one night my room was no hot water in 10pm. Some motel are really really old. The tour guys took us to Chinese buffet lunch most of the time, $15 each for very very bad food, no services, the " garden buffet " in st. George, The sushi bar was empty when we step in the restaurant, it was still empty when I left, I was waiting for a refilled sweet and sour soup for 15min, but still didn't get it. That bad!!!! And I found that, the restaurant only charge $10.99 for lunch, but for the tour we paid $15. They transferred us from bus to bus, depends on your pick up/ drop location, your tour days etc, the first day we arrived Las Vegas, they drop us off then left us behinds , we have to look around for our tour guys (which we don't know who he was), look for the tour bus. If you want to go to Yellowstone, fly to Wyoming, rent a car and stay there at least 2-3 days, otherwise don't go. Don't go for tours4fun and or seagull holiday. read more

OUR TOUR: Three day round trip from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, including a trip to the Grand Canyon. NEED TO KNOW: If you book through TakeTours, please be aware they only publish "approved" (ie good) reviews on their website. The fact that the tour is run via "Seagull" (worst name ever, btw?!) is not very clear on the TakeTours site. THE GOOD: - Cheap. $110 each included two nights in a Vegas hotel and transport to and from Los Angeles. The Grand Canyon excursion was an extra $80 each, which sounds expensive but is way cheaper than what most tours out of Vegas were charging. - The bus was very comfortable, clean and air conditioned. - Despite what other Yelp reviews have said, I found the provided hotel (Circus Circus) to be excellent. - Tour guide Tom for the Grand Canyon day was laid back and knowledgeable. He let us sleep on the bus and gave out a good approachable vibe. - the Grand Canyon day in general was excellent and could not have been better. - the Las Vegas buffet they stop at is clean and hygenic. - there are some cool stops on the way back - a chocolate factory and an outlet mall. THE BAD: - The booking process is deceptive. Your Grand Canyon trip is not included in the price you pay online. Neither is the mediocre Las Vegas buffet they stop at. Neither is their sneaky service fee. - You cannot eat or drink anything except water on the bus. This may not seem like too big a deal initially, but when your pickup times are 5am and 7am and you're clutching a Starbucks coffee and breakfast trying to stay awake and you have to dump them before boarding the bus, it's kinda crap. Similarly, it sucks driving for 3 hours at a time and not being able to have some fruit or a protein bar or whatever. The reason for this policy is that the staff don't want to pay for cleaning the bus (they admitted this) - There is a restroom on the bus, but it is only for emergencies. (Our guide made it clear to us that she wouldn't be happy if any of these emergencies arose as again, they don't want to pay the cleaning fee). This is another thing that many won't care about when initially booking, but it's truly a horrendous policy to have in place. It was 42 degrees Celsius most days during our trip. Many passengers, including myself, deliberately did not drink sufficient water in case we subsequently had to pee during the journey and incur the wrath of the tour guide. It was awful. It's also hilariously bad business for the company, as I'm guessing having a no restroom policy essentially rules out many seniors, pregnant women, and parents with small children from using Seagull. - Our main tour guide (won't name cos I'm nice) did not stop talking over the microphone for literally 90% of the entire round trip. She spoke really loudly, mostly in Chinese, partly in (very poor) English. Most of what she talked about was irrelevant (ginseng and GNC, anyone?!), a few things she said were really crude (if we had to use the restroom in an emergency, it had to be "juice no chocolate cake") and others were just ridiculous statements ("LA is boring, Vegas is the real USA") - the same tour guide was really unfriendly and unaccomodating. She told us that she would be annoyed if we asked her questions she had already answered. Every time we made a stop, the return to the bus time was repeated five times alongside five shouts of "DONT BE LATE". If we were running late, we were told to call her and she would wait TWO MINUTES before telling the driver to speed off and leave us stranded in the desert. She insisted everyone listen to her at all times and was not happy if anyone napped or had earphones in. - there are two options for the Grand Canyon tour. We wanted to change our option at one point. This was eventually accommodated (and we are grateful for this) however this change involved a long waiting time, texts, calls and confusion, all during our first night in Vegas which should have been 100% fun. - The "included" buffet is true to its Yelp rating of 2.5 stars (Las Vegas buffet). It was really annoying paying for this in advance on the bus and then rolling up to the place with a huge TGIs right outside. Of course we couldn't get a refund and dine in TGIs instead. - the stops on the way back, although enjoyable, really add to the overall travel time back to LA. We left Vegas at 9 and arrived in downtown LA at 7. Between the stops and the time it takes to travel to, from and around the Grand Canyon, **you do not get that much time in Vegas itself** - you are given numbers and stickers for every stop they make. These stickers are physically hit on you by the guide. Felt like cattle. I would maybe recommend this company for young people who want a cheap way to get to vegas from LA. The Grand Canyon day was well run and great value and if you're prepared to be patient and make a lot of compromises, Seagull could be ok. For anything remotely luxurious and a quick journey, I would look elsewhere. read more

We booked our tour package from Tour4Fun without knowing that we would be taking the tour ran by Sea Gull Holiday. We are disappointed and upset due to the level of service we received during our Las Vegas and Grand Canyon part of our trip operated by Sea Gull Holiday. After the tour, we filed a complaint to Sea Gull! Of course they don't care cause they got our cash already. While we understand the tour company needs to make a profit, we feel like we were greatly mistreated which resulted in a poor experience of the tour. We were already paying a high amount for options ($2426 for 6 adults and 1 child for the options) but the level of service that was provided by the tour guide was greatly lacking and spoiled our trip and vacation. We found the service to be unprofessional and poor for the following reasons: 1. Being overcharged from the already over priced and misleading option packages 2. Tour guide and bus driver that did not properly take care of their tourists Here are some of the examples: Las Vegas night tour and high roller $75 per person. However, we have a child in our party (11 years old) who should have been able to ride the high roller for free with a paid adult. So they over charged us for $40 dollar. We were not given information on how and when to get back to the hotel after the High Roller event. We were abandoned by our own tour guide, and alone in a new environment. We were eventually able to find another female guide but she was rude and unhelpful towards us. We finally came across a male guide and he was able to help us and direct us back. It is extremely unprofessional and dangerous for a tour guide to leave her party alone in a new place with no instruction. Our call time was at 4:50 am on the Grand Canyon day. However, Jasmine, our tour guide, did not disclose to us any guidance about food. We were not told ahead of time what or when our breakfast and lunch stops would be. This resulted in our party not having breakfast until 9 AM (more than 4.5 hours after we woke up, getting ready for the early call time) and lunch at 2:30 PM. This arrangement endangers the health of our party as we are traveling with an elderly relative with diabetes and a child in our party. Had we known the time frame, we could have planned some food ahead of time to bring on the bus for those in the party that require it. We purchased a $90 "West Canyon Admission and Lunch" package for 7 people. The form clearly stated in Chinese that this lunch is inside the Grand Canyon. This would break down to $40 for the meal as the option for "Grand Canyon Admission Only" is $50. However, we were led back to the same Las Vegas Buffet for a $15 meal. Where is the justification of charging $40 for a $15 buffet meal that does not take place in the Grand Canyon? Again, the $50 Great Canyon Admission fee is totally over priced compares the official admission for national parks. After the Las Vegas and Grand Canyon part of the tour, we were scheduled to be taken back to our hotel which was the Howard Johnson Fullerton. We were not aware that there was another hotel called The Fullerton Hotel. We ended up taking the bus to the Fullerton Hotel instead of our actual bus. How could we, as foreigners, know that these were different hotels, as they have similar sounding names. Our guide, Jasmine, should have checked her list to make sure that the tourists under her care were assigned to the right bus and should have checked each passenger's paperwork at the door of the bus before letting them get on. Jasmine should seek clarification as she should know these 2 hotel names may cause confusion to the tourists. Details like these are important to explain and anticipate ahead of time, especially when there is a language barrier between her clients and their surroundings. Besides, she talked so fast that other tourists had problem understanding her too. On the way back, she even got off the bus at the first hotel stop and left the people under her care behind, which is unprofessional and unsuitable in someone who is hired to take care of the tourists assigned to her. In the end, we had to pay a cab $30 to take us back to the right hotel as the bus driver refused to drive us to the correct hotel. Note that both hotels are in Fullerton and they are only 1.6 miles away (5 min by vehicles) but the driver refused to drive us there. read more

I just had an experience with this company. It was the most terrible tour I ever had in my life. we booked a San Francisco, Stanford, and Yosemite park tour. First of all, after they picked up us and got out of LA, they said they were not going to Stanford and Yosemite and they substituted other places. For me, personally, Yosemite was the only goal on the tour. When we were far enough from LA that we couldn't leave, the tour leader stated that we had to pay for this and that. The tour itself cost $140, and he wanted to charge us another $180!!! we told him we just would pay the mandatory fees, and we are not interested in any other OPTIONAL tours. At first, he agreed although we had another story about this. He was talking non-stop in Chinese. Every 30 minutes that he talked Chinese, 3 minutes he spoke English. Oh, and we saw a lot of famous public restrooms in the road. every stop was just for restrooms. The leader, named ZAC, was extremely rude and aggressive for everything. When we got to a hotel, he said you had to pay $30 because you were not going to any OPTIONAL tour. we had an argument with him. we told him we would pay the money if he gave us a receipt. He refused. We asked him to talk to his manager. He refused. He kept telling us: you have to pay in cash because you don't wanna go any OPTIONAL tour. By the way, he charged everybody $8 for hotel breakfast, although when we asked the reception on phone earlier, she said breakfast is $8 per room, not per person. Finally, we ended up renting a car the next morning, and we separated the tour. If we wanted to stay, we had to pay at least $75 per person to him apart from our food and other expenses. We rented a car, and we paid $70 per person. We went wherever we wanted, we had a lot of fun, and we didn't have to suffer from the rude leader ZAC. So if you have a plan to go on a tour with Seagull Holiday, wait. Rent a car, do a little digging online, and start your trip by yourself and enjoy. Otherwise, if Seagull Holiday advertises a tour for $140, be aware that you will end up paying around $400 and you have to deal with an impolite leader like Zac. read more

I was so so so unsatisfied with this travel agency. I sent my mom with her friends to a four day trip to San Francisco. The guide just LEFT my mom and her friends there without a phone call. They called him tons of times. And my mom was told to call a Uber and pay by herself to the next place. They were so frustrated and they even don't know how to speak English. I was so angry to this scenario. Unfortunately, my mom told me this when she was back or I might call 911 to figure this out. I won't recommend any of you to go to this travel agency. The guide just made me in a bad mood. Plz don't go there!!!!!!!! Follow up, I reported the guide whose name is Kelvin Z to the company. There was no one listening to my story. In response, they told me it's my mom's mistake and no other people in this trip report to them. What they mean is just let him go! This hell thing was just happen to my mom. We went for a 3 day tour from Lincoln Plaza hotel, in Monterey Park. The tour was -lake Powell- Bryce Canyon - Zion. This trip was the worst trip we ever took. Driver - Jason, didn't speak English, was rude and we felt very unsafe with his driving. Tour guide -Matt, was not motivated. Tour was poorly organized and most of the time we spend in a quite uncomfortable bus. Don't take this trip it will be a waste of your money and time. This travel service is worth less than 1 star. I bought 3 travel packages through another travel agency for my relatives and this travel agency made both trips terrible. The first trip was to Las Vegas, on the trip flyer, it has pictures showing the places included on this trip which are: Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, the Hoover Dam, Chocolate factory and Cactus Garden. The first day after the bus arrived at Las Vegas in the afternoon, they let guests check in the hotel and told the guests if they want to see the night scene, each one must pay $25.00; everyone wanted to see the night light on the Las Vegas Blvd., so they have to pay. But the tour guide just took all the guests to two Casinos and let guests walk around inside and then bus them all to old town Las Vegas. All the guests who paid $25.00 did not get to see the lights on the Las Vegas Blvd.,, nor the Ballagio water show, nor anything else. Then they charge $80 for each one who wants to go to the Grand Canyon westside, then $65 for each to see a show, then the tips for the tour guide. The 2nd trip to San Francisco, after the packages are paid for, the tour guide requests $132 for each person have detailed sightseeing of the city of San Francisco. If you do not pay, you will stay in the hotel room in San Jose. And they still need to pay tips to the tour guide. My guests got on the bus in the Knights Hotel on Rosemead and 10 freeway, they dropped them off in Rowland Heights, and after the 2nd trip, they took my guests first to LAX to drop some tourists and then took them to Rowland Heights and them get them back to Rosemead. I am beyond shocked to know they do travel business like this! Do you want to use their service? You decide for yourself!!! I would never again touch their packages. read more

We just came back from a 8 days bus tour with them. One of the worst trips we have ever been to. I agreed with all the negative reviews online. This company is absolutely terrible! They don't care about their reputation in the US because 95% of their business come from mainland China. In general, you spend 15-16 hours on the road every day (get up at 5am or 5:30am, back to hotel around 9pm), only get a couple hours to see the scenic spots. The tour guide spends more time talking about how to send kids to American schools and live in US than introducing the scenic spots. They will also drag you to Health Essence (which we have never heard of the name) to buy vitamin supplements (the price is much higher than the supplements you get from Amazon.com) and outlet to shop. They won't stop at malls where have tons of good restaurants to choose from but take you to these cheap Chinese buffet places for your meals, and you know why. Don't sign up with their self pay activities because their prices are about 20% higher than the official ticket site. You will get cheaper price and better seats if you buy tickets from the official websites for Las Vagas shows. Also, because most of their customers come from China, so they only drop you off at the terminal B instead of the terminal of your flight. The tour guide told us "LAX airport is small, you can walk to your own terminal". Such good customer service. Don't sign up with this company if you're from the United States. You will save yourself from all these tortures and aggravations. I encourage all the unhappy tourists from U.S file complaints with Consumer Affair office and Better Business Bureau. We have been discriminated by this company simply because we are from the U.S. Our stories need to be heard by the government agencies, so a full investigation can start. read more
