This is the only place to eat in Easton-sub-Edge. It came recommended with reservations from our host at the B&B right around the corner. It had changed hands several times in recent months and she said there were problems. It was recently turned over to a young couple and they seem to know what they are doing.
It is typical British pub fare with some local beer and cider. We couldn't have been happier! We had fish and chips, pie, and a local dish called "bath chap" which is a grilled, fatty piece of pork and it's delicious. Service was good, outdoor seating when weather permits, and a casual bar.
