Forks weighs a ton and falls of the plate due to weigh. 6. Bathroom setups are too small for larger people. 7. Units on both side of this unit need an update. Unit on the right needs to be gutted. The left side unit is being remodeled and the patio is absolutely beautiful. I haven't seen the inside. It doesn't appear it's for rent. 8. The unit we renting can be a haven just need money reinvested. I rather pay for comfort than to pay a price to be disappointed by pictures that doesn't accurately depict the unit.

The cottages are nicely decorated, the private hot tub was a gift that kept on giving, the pool area was calming, listening and watching the to the waves from our private porch was the ultimate. The property manager, Chasity B, was onsite often and was just lovely. You can tell that this property is owned and operated locally by the attention to detail including the landscaping and little touches like beach chairs and coolers. We will be back next year without a doubt. We loved the St. Thomas room on the second floor. Had the opportunity to see the Cayman Suite...newly renovated and lovely.

The home is very well appointed and excellent for large family gatherings. The appliances are high end, including two each dishwashers, washer and dryers and ovens. Every small appliance you could want and plenty of dishware and utensils. There are so many options to gather too, around the fire table, under the lanai, on the roof top deck, in the wonderful living room (did I mention the high end Sonos sound system!), or the cool dining room. To top it off the owner pays attention to EVERY detail. On the day we came in she met us with fresh flowers and a very thoughtful gift. The name is spot on PARADISE FOUND! I think perhaps it depends on your expectations. We seemed to have several issues with Suite 3 but…read moremaybe it was just a bad week and for the price we were expecting a turnkey relaxing vacation. A few small things to consider- do not expect world class paddle boards, there is one SUP paddle that functions and two old paddle boards- kayaks seemed ok. The walk to the beach does require crossing a busy road, but once there it IS a nice beach, but you must bring all your own gear, including beach towels. There are not any beach rental chairs, etc. nearby. The wifi did not seem to work for us, the fan in the spare bedroom had a short apparently so my first night trying to sleep, it got up to 78 degrees in the room as we could not adjust the temp on the thermostat, the couch is not comfortable, the streaming buffered, so it took a couple hours to get that to work, there is a neighboring house with a large dog barking and although they warn you, I find it strange for the nightly price ($336/night!) to offer a small soap and shampoo. There is a washer, no dryer. The blankets were thin, beds were decent and the place was clean. There are no screens on any of the windows so you can't really get fresh air and there was a wasp nest above our bathroom window so definitely didn't want to leave a window ajar while showering. There is a "no refund" policy, so you are stuck there as we had wanted to check out after our first of two nights. There are not any walkable restaurants nearby. We were offered a couple of free nights to make up for all the mishaps we had. All in all, there were nice chairs and solitude by their water's edge. I could see a family enjoying the grounds and playing the outdoor games they had, but for us it was a letdown for the price. I think some people would be perfectly happy here but we had a lot of stress upon check-in and so many things not working properly.

You can tell that a lot of love has been put in the decor because it evokes a feeling of seaside relaxation. The cottage is impeccably clean. The kitchen has a coffee, tea maker and mini fridge. It also has two beach chairs and umbrella. The beach is literally across the street. The outside patio is serene with a beautiful koi pond.
