The home is very well appointed and excellent for large family gatherings. The appliances are high end, including two each dishwashers, washer and dryers and ovens. Every small appliance you could want and plenty of dishware and utensils. There are so many options to gather too, around the fire table, under the lanai, on the roof top deck, in the wonderful living room (did I mention the high end Sonos sound system!), or the cool dining room. First, I would like to say that Jaclyn the owner of unit 206 was great and so was her unit. It was…read morevery clean, spacious and the location was one of the best we have ever stayed at. Beach access was fantastic. It was well stocked, everything worked and we had no issues. The onsite manager on the other hand was unlike anything we have ever experienced. First, he constantly hounded people for having drinks at the pool (not even in the pool). These were guests just quietly sitting on the lounge chairs and pool tables trying to enjoy their vacation. No glass bottles, not making any noise, yet he was constantly telling them no drinking was allowed even though it was in a closed container. The next day his wife saw a speaker at the pool and asked another guest what kind of music they were playing, and they said 'none right now.' She replied 'good because she preferred not to hear any music at all.' Everyone was just minding their own business having a relaxing time except for them nagging the guests. On one of our first days there we heard him tell another guest to remove their towels from the pool railing because 'they don't do ghetto here.' On our last day, my wife was sitting at the pool drinking a bottle of water and eating a small pack of crackers. She literally had finished one cracker when he came out and told her eating wasn't allowed at the pool. He told her 'she should be a better example to her children and follow the rules.' He then asked what unit she was in and called the owner who sent me a message apologizing if he was rude to us. I explained to her he was just a complete jerk. He then came back to the pool later to 'yell' at some other kids for having a 12 inch round float. He said 'rafts aren't allowed in the pool.' I told him that wasn't a raft and he should let them have some fun. He said 'I don't make the rules, I just enforce them.' I told him that no one will come back the way he treats guests. He said 'if you don't like the rules, go get a place at the Days Inn.' I told him if everyone did that he would be out of a job. He said 'that is just fine, with Covid-19, I prefer no one to be here anyway.' He then threated to get the condo president and I told him I would love to talk to her. After him threatening to get her, he said 'she probably didn't have time...' So if you prefer to have a 'bully hall monitor' micro-manage you on vacation, this is the place for you! It is a real shame he is the face of such a beautiful property!

Forks weighs a ton and falls of the plate due to weigh. 6. Bathroom setups are too small for larger people. 7. Units on both side of this unit need an update. Unit on the right needs to be gutted. The left side unit is being remodeled and the patio is absolutely beautiful. I haven't seen the inside. It doesn't appear it's for rent. 8. The unit we renting can be a haven just need money reinvested. I rather pay for comfort than to pay a price to be disappointed by pictures that doesn't accurately depict the unit.

The cottages are nicely decorated, the private hot tub was a gift that kept on giving, the pool area was calming, listening and watching the to the waves from our private porch was the ultimate. The property manager, Chasity B, was onsite often and was just lovely. You can tell that this property is owned and operated locally by the attention to detail including the landscaping and little touches like beach chairs and coolers. We will be back next year without a doubt. We loved the St. Thomas room on the second floor. Had the opportunity to see the Cayman Suite...newly renovated and lovely.

My family rented the Nirvana Shores house for a couple of weeks in March '23. We came down to join…read morethem for a week and had the best time! The house itself is huge and spacious with tons of different areas for kids and adults to hang out together or for alone time. The beach is perfect. The house provides ALL of the potential beach activities equipment. The boys dug in the sand and used the metal detectors to explore the beach. We fished, we swam, and grilled fresh seafood on the deck in the evenings. We already booked our trip for next year, and we're looking forward to visiting this awesome area again and making more memories!
