I won't be spending hundreds of dollars a week there anymore. And as I'm leaving, there's two guys getting cigars out of the cigarette case when the manager yells at them and says you have to ask for permission to go in there so they put their cigars down and walk out. Since he left, though, things have noticeably gone downhill. The overall atmosphere isn't the same, and customer service has become inconsistent. There have been multiple times when products I was looking for were out of stock, and it didn't seem like there was much effort to keep inventory updated. It's frustrating when you rely on a place and it no longer delivers the same level of service

There's nothing more aggravating to me than walking into an establishment that we spend money in and not even being acknowledged by the owners. There is another place here in town, which I will not name, that I purposely say hello to the owner when I walk in, and he will not even say hello let alone look up at me. it's all about customer service! If they don't have something you want, all you have to do is ask! Us as well of friends have asked for certain products and they are there before we know it. The other great thing about red light is that their hours are longer than any other place here in town. that might not sound much to Sam but when you are entertaining, I need to possibly head out for additional spirits. You can always count on them to be open! I would like to add to this family also owns other businesses in town. because of how personable they are, and what they do for our community, we will always patronize every business that they have!

I'm giving four stars because the sitting area needs some work. With people coming in from Ventnor, margate and cape I was expecting the leather sofa to not be ripped and faded. The other chairs were uncomfortable & run down. It also needs some ambiance, maybe a paint job and some photos or cigar boxes on the walls. Something that shows that management wants it's customers to be comfortable. I would go back to pick up cigars to smoke outside when it's warmer. I wish the owners realized what a gem they have here & what it could really be with a little upgrade.
