This is especially problematic with bed bugs, as they are known to cross what they deem arbitrary apartment lines easily in the multiple-apartment complexes. Yes, we had to deal with both mice and bed bugs and this was very irritating. 2 Location: right on Ocean Ave, so you'll get tons of noise from passing traffic and the boardwalk in summer time. 3. Poor maintenance. Some apartments are cold in the winter. The common halls are rarely swept. All the mail gets wet with the rain. Bathroom drains get stuck all the time. No ventilation. 4. Poor management. The management treats renters as vassals. Good luck getting your call returned or concern answered. 5. Rent is being increased every year significantly without any improvements. 5% Increase is what the State of New Jersey considers "Unconscionable".
