I had to initiate a formal hearing brought against Harbor Homes with MA State Board of Licensing. The licensing board found unsatisfactory business practices and assessed fines against them. Bottom line there was no supervision at all. Never the same subs. Absolutely no pride taken in their work. Harbor homes put a wooden tent sign on our yard for advertising. Somehow it fell over and sat in the mud for over six months. That says it all. We have started a support group for irate hh customers who have all had the same experiences with these people.
