First time at this joint. Place is very quiet with two small divided sections but a huge, cool outdoor patio. We sat inside and were quickly attended. Ask for recommendations but settled on the spicy seafood jambalaya. This is the best Jambalaya I have ever tasted. Scoop of rice in the center then the broth with clams, prawns and sausage pieces. There was no flavor that stood out that made it overwhelming other than it was spicy, 6/7 level. It was a wonderful balance and amazing flavor. The food is delicious, we had 5 cheese grilled cheese and Parmesan crusted halibut. Excellent and highly recommend both! The bruschetta is a garlic wonder, highly recommend as well as the chicken wings. Cooked perfectly with the right amount of sauce. Fun to see the airplanes fly by, we got to see 2 North American P-51 Mustangs, a rare treat. I've been going here since this place opened. I'm a pilot and it's very convenient to stop there, have a bite, and meet with friends. Now, this isn't your ordinary airport restaurant. The food here is top notch and not what you'd expect, in a good way. It's far more than omelets and burgers, although those are great too. The menu is impressive offering Mexican, to American, to seafood and everything in between. I recently discovered the Miso Shrimp Wraps and had them three times last week including taking my wife down there to try them...and we live 40 miles away...and we drove! The staff is very nice and attentive although sometimes a bit understaffed due to the popularity of this place. They have a large, pleasant patio which I prefer to inside dining. Anyway, I highly recommend this place if you're a pilot or not. If you are a pilot make sure to ask for the pilot's discount. read more

We took my mother in law out to lunch of her choice and this is where she chose which turned out to be a great little restaurant. It's located at the municipal airport which is pretty cool. They have a really nice doggie friendly outdoor patio with lots of seating. It was a little chilly so we opted to eat inside. We were greeted with a smile and able to choose our own seating. I was pleasantly surprised they serve alcohol and beer so I ordered a delicious Bloody Mary and our other guest ordered a vodka cranberry. Their menu is very extensive as you can see by all the pics i took of the menu items available....i will say they can cater to whatever you might be craving! I ordered a patty melt burger and my husband ordered their special poke bowl. The patty melt was so freaking delicious! The rye bread was toasted perfectly, the meat was medium, juicy and cooked just right with tasty carmelized onions and of course the cheesy melted goodness! My husband tried a bite and had immediate food envy. I think he was disappointed I ate the whole thing, lol. His poke bowl was also very good though and tasted very fresh. Lunch on a Sunday on our way home from SAC. Found this spot on YELP and the reviews seemed pretty good. We waited a bit before our server greeted us and took our order. We split a small house salad with blue cheese dressing - fresh, crisp, and tasty. My husband asked the server to help him choose between a cheeseburger and fish & chips. Without hesitation, she said "fish & chips!" They were crispy on the outside and moist & flaky on the inside. I ordered a Patty Melt with Sweet Potato Fries. Patty Melt arrived with regular fries. SO disappointing and barely edible. The beef patty was overcooked and dry. Hardly any cheese or Carmelized onions. Stale rye bread that was too tough to chew, so I removed it and ate the meat/cheese/onions. Literally a gut bomb. Waited over 10 minutes after finishing our meal before we saw our server, again. She never came to check on us until it was time to bring the bill. $52 + tip. Despite the fish & chips being good, we won't be back. read more

Convenient location for pilots, food quality is a 3 stars. We ordered the chicken wings, Philly cheese steak sandwich, steak and chicken pasta. The wings were good with sweet and spicy sauce, and were cooked just a tad dry, but much better than raw. The Philly sandwich didn't have much cheese, but was not bad. The pasta was decent, with plenty of Alfredo sauce and the steak was pretty good. Overall a good place to stop by, but not sure if it's worth to flying for. read more

Yelp reviews really let us down today. We saw the 4.5 stars and chose this spot over other options for lunch on a Saturday. The service was good, our waiter was very nice. I wish I could say the same about the food. We ordered 3 burgers and they were okay. Fresh ingredients but not worth the $20 we paid for each of them. Came to Seabrisa for breakfast on a weekday. The service was good, our waitress was attentive with our coffee and i was surprised on how good the coffee tasted. I was happy with my breakfast I decided to go with the pancakes & bananas. My husband's on the other hand was not as good.. he gave me a taste of his potatoes and they were completely raw still. There was also a woman there that possibly could have been an owner or a frequent customer that brought an outdoor Cat in. Today I ordered what I always order a monte crisco. It always has batter french toast as the bread with powdered sugar on top. I love them there they are so delicious! But today I had it with just toast no butter with just powdered sugar on top. I tied sending it back to get it fixed and I got told by TWO employees "they have been making it this way for years WE NEVER MADE THEM THAT WAY" repeatedly I'm sorry but unfortunately I've been going there to for years with my family it' a tradition and the picture linked IS A MONTE CRISCO I got from there before with the French toast batter with it. Not only after I sent it back just not wanting it as I let my family finish there meal I paid in the end and instead of the waitress, giving the tab to me the receipt for the meal I payed for she ignored me and then gave it to my aunt to write on. They would be a reason to come back alone. The group ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich a blackened chicken sandwich and a banana bourbon waffle plus. The plus means it comes with eggs and your choice of meat. In this case it was scrambled eggs and sausage. The blackened chicken sandwich was very mild in taste, not bad but no taste of anything spicy. The Philly cheesesteak was the one we liked the most for the sandwiches. The mixed peppers and cheese added good flavor to the sandwich. I would get the cheesesteak again. The sandwiches come with your choice of fries: plain, spicy, parmesan garlic. The spicy fries aren't real spicy more like seasoned salt on them but tasted good. The Parmesan garlic fries are good but should be shared with everyone in the group because the garlic is fresh. So I've been here 3 times now, and ordered 3 different things. First time here, had steak and eggs here for breakfast. $17. Food was delicious, everything cooked right. Good crunchy sourdough toast. Service was excellent. Only complaint is that the ice water tasted very heavily of chemicals -- I think it was whatever they use to clean cups with hadn't gotten rinsed out well. I'd also gotten a cup of water to go, and that one tasted fine. Second time here, got ribeye. It was a cheap cut, but the kitchen did a good job cooking it. Liked the cheesy polenta. Presentation was good too. No problem with the ice water this time. I did feel $27 was a bit steep for the sub-par cut, i wouldn't get the ribeye again. Third time here, got wasabi crusted ahi tuna with a cup of clam chowder. I have never ever received a still-bubbling cup of chowder at a restaurant before! It was delicious, flavor was subtly different than typical, though I must say I did not care for croutons in chowder. The wasabi tuna was different...the veggie mixture was the best part. I felt the tuna itself could've used a little more oomph, I found it bland and fairly flavorless, even with the wasabi crust. I would not order this again, but I can see how it might suit others' tastebuds. I don't seem to have good luck with ice water at this restaurant. First got a dirty glass, then the replacement glass looked clean but tasted of chemicals. I did not ask for a 3rd. Service has been excellent all 3 visits. Absolutely LOVE the spacious, covered outdoor patio! They plate all their meals beautifully, it's always a pleasure to dine here. Someone in the kitchen clearly has a passion for food, too. Seabrisa's is now at the Hollister airport. My in-loves work at the airport, so when my husband and I visited them back in January and then again a couple of days ago, we decided to get a bite to eat each time. Now, when you think of an airport restaurant, I'm sure you're thinking mediocre at best food and service. Not Seabrisa's. They have an outdoor area to accommodate patrons during the pandemic. They offer heat lamps, too. They were initially having patrons order from a window during the complete shut down, but during my most recent visit, they had a waiter and waitress serving tables. They have a pretty good menu--there's something for everyone. The food is fresh, flavorful, and plated well. I got a cheese quesadilla and I liked the crispy tortilla. I had a taste of my husband's Cobb salad, and it was perfect. Crispy bacon, yummy avocado, tasty grilled chicken, and great ranch! My mother-in-love got a shrimp BLT and it looked so good! My father-in-love ordered the large ordered of fish and chips with garlic fries--excellent! My brother-in-love decided to try the seafood jambalaya and it looked and smelled amazing. Honestly, Seabrisa does an outstanding job with the food and customer service. I'm so glad I have been able to support them during the pandemic, and I look forward to eating here the next time I'm in Hollister. read more
