However he did manage to mess up my regular phone service. Spoke to the manager about adding cellular. Was curt and dismissive. Told me my only option was in fact cellular and wanted to add an additional ongoing $180 to their annual $400 service charge plus $350 to add cellular capability. Based on my experience, a total ripoff and lousy service to boot.
