Provided flat rate with no add-on charges even though he had to create access in the ductwork for clean-out. Gave an estimate of 3 1/2- 4 hrs. It took 4 hrs, so spot on. Provided before and after photos. Said ducts were not as bad as he expected. Photos confirmed. Also cleaned dryer vent which was in horrible shape even though we had it serviced by someone else a couple of years ago. This company seemed to have much more powerful industrial grade equipment. Dryer vent cleaning' was 1/2 price since we had it done at the same time. He even modified the ductwork to make it safer and more accessible. The service was not cheap but I do think it was good value for the money. Service was very professional and provided us peace of mind. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Once we told them we were going to hire them to replace our central A/C, responses became sporadic until the job was done, but service declined significantly after payment. I am sharing my experience to caution others about the post-payment treatment by Golden State Air Conditioning. To provide a balanced view, the installation process was smooth, and their team was somewhat attentive until they received full payment. However, once the job was done, their customer service became totally unresponsive. Since the contract was signed, attempts to contact them for follow-up or support have been unsuccessful. Despite numerous calls, there has been no response, and messages remain unreturned. It appears that their business model involves providing excellent service to secure jobs and payment, followed by complete abandonment. This situation is frustrating and stressful, and customers deserve to be aware of their post-sale treatment. It is advisable to seek a company that stands by its work and respects customers' time after payment has been made. We've emailed Karina and text Brendon many, many times with no response. I'm not saying the house wasn't 50-60% cleaner, because technically it was. I'm not saying I lied about how dirty it was to begin with, I specially said the word "filthy" when requesting a quote. What I am saying is I told everyone at the company I spoke to that I understand it's a big job and I am happy to pay more to have cleaners stay longer and get this job done so I don't have to stress it. Here I am stressing it. There is literally nothing in the house but walls and floors, no furniture and no carpet, yet somehow they didn't have time to clean the hardware on cabinet fronts or even clean inside the cabinets themselves. Or the light fixtures, or the face plates on half the light switches and electrical outlets or the big clumps of dust and dog hair hanging off the edges of the cabinet bases. In summation! No I'm not satisfied, no I would not recommend and no I definitely won't use them again.

Whole kitchen with 2 workers should of taken maybe 30 mins. 3) Real problem arrises when owner who is a large 6'4 muscle guy showed up. I'm a 70 year old women and he tried to bully me and say that I never agreed to a timeframe. True - I didn't but I also didn't think they would take their time and chit chat. He stood over me and tried to intimidate me. and say I was wrong about their arrival time. He wasn't here, I was. I tried to explain about that to him about how they really took their time - he barked back in an aggressive manor and wouldn't let me speak.. Hundreds of other cleaning services, no need to feel intimidated or overcharge. He charged tax but never showed me an invoice with the tax broken out. Simply horrible and scary to deal with. I paid him exactly what he requested then politely asked him to leave and he wouldn't. This became extremely scary and he continued to argue. Go elsewhere!
