There was extensive patching to be done and he transformed the area from a place I used to cringe every time I used the stairs to a clean, attractive staircase. He runs the business side extremely well, also. Communication was perfect - letting me know each stage of the way how it was progressing, answering questions and replying to my requests. Not every company is good at that. I will call upon Kocz Custom Painting for future work. I have used another painter for a project in the past and they were inferior in skill, honesty and professionalism. Go with Kocz.

This is my go to painting crew from here on out. Thank you Gregory Sander

He kept saying that he was going to come fix it. He'd promise a time and simply not show up, he'd say he was on his way and never show up without a word, or he'd try to come after dark late at night. After 2 weeks of begging him to fix the leaky roof, we had to hire another roofer to do another tear off because it was so bad. We took him to small claims (he didn't show up twice-no surprise there) and we were awarded the full amount plus the cost of the interior repairs. We have yet to see the money owed to us. I have all texts between us and him, as well as more pictures. The judge was disgusted and immediately awarded us the full asking amount. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This is a small business and I am happy that I not only supported a small biz but got individualized attention and quality work out of it. The owner of the business did the install himself with one other person and stayed until 9pm to make sure my counter looked perfect before leaving. I know from working with them so much trying to find the slab of my dreams that they work long hours...
