My husband and I just moved into our forever home when we realized there was a leak coming in. My husband calls Mann construction and speaks with Jeremy who sets an appointment right away. I was impressed from the start as Jeremy not only showed up, but he was early and prepared. He did a thorough investigation of my roof to determine the issue. He was able to determine that I did not have the appropriate roof system up (I have a low sloped roof) and gave me multiple options to fix it. No other company even mentioned that I didnt have thr appropriate roofing system. Right after doing the physical part of the quote, he sent it to me right away! Now I had several roofers say they woukd send me the quote and then they ghosted me. At this point I was sold and nothing was done to the roof yet. Jeremy got us scheduled right away and the day of the work, the crew was early. The crew was extremely respectful of my home and did their best to cover/protect/clean the mess (I needed a partial tare off). Upon initial estimates he seemed to have his business together and claimed to be licensed and insured (I found out later through the city that he is not), I also noticed that his business address listed here at 3 Fairbanks Ave is fake. During the course of the first few days of the project I started noticing numerous red flags including the poor quality of his work which was not just terrible but flat out concerning. Adrian only worked 1-3 hours every couple of days. He did not repair anything to code. He also left a huge mess that had to be ripped back out and re-worked by a new contractor that I had to hire. I tried to be reasonable and allow him to keep some of the money for some of the work he did but he had no intention of making it right. I eventually had to fire him and won judgement in small claims court. He is still out there to my knowledge scamming good honest people please learn from my misfortune and do your research on contractors.
