To Whom It May Concern,…read more We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding work Hutchison Pools provided during the installation of our new pool. From the beginning, your team exceeded our expectations. Although we were originally told the project would begin in September, you were able to start in July and get us in early -- something that truly excited us and set the tone for the entire experience. As a fully family‑run business, every member of your team was personable, respectful, and always willing to help. Their professionalism, hospitality, and clear communication made the process smooth from start to finish. Just as importantly, Hutchison Pools fulfilled every obligation in the contract without delays or surprises. The final result reflects the care and craftsmanship your family puts into its work, and we could not be more pleased. Thank you again for your exceptional service. We would gladly recommend Hutchison Pools to anyone seeking quality workmanship and a trustworthy company. Sincerely, Chuck and Dorothy Hoey 118 E. 30th St Beach Haven Gardens

The pool is only open when a lifeguard is on site, but the issue is that these lifeguards set their own schedules. Sometimes, only 4 or 2 of them work at a time, and they go on break simultaneously, making everyone leave the pool. They return whenever they want, often still eating, bringing speakers, and relaxing by the pool as if they're not working. They also use profanity and ignore the guests in the pool. The admin team is rude and shows no regard for the residents. Their main focus is money, ignoring residents' input and needs. During the weekend, there's no one to contact in case of emergencies, and during the week, it depends on who you speak to. I've only interacted with two caring team members- two maintenance technicians- who mostly work at other properties. The one maintenance tech from The Glades at Hamilton Greene did a poor, cheap job when we called him for a door repair. Instead of fixing the issue, he just added two strike plates to cover the gap. We also face problems with inconsistent garbage pickup. They break our bags, and we constantly have bugs entering the apartments.

We stayed for the week, the kitchen was plenty stocked and clean. We had two bathrooms, a master bedroom and another bedroom w/ twin beds for the boys and visited during off-season. To sum it up..... here it goes. I don't really have an "Aunt Ethyl" but if I did, this is what I'd imagine visiting her would be like. The hallways have a dormitory/ 80s vibe to them with brass lighting fixtures and concrete halls and the interior is decorated in a "beach vintage chic" (think whitewashed wood and heavily "beach" themed- i.e. lighthouse lamps etc). The beach was about a quarter mile away, down a sandy path. I would definitely think of getting a wagon, if you planned on taking chairs, drinks, towels and other sundries to the beach, because you might be exhausted carrying them back. Everything in the apartment worked well and there were heaters/ac in every room, which I like, so I can control individual temps. The master bath had a jacuzzi bathtub which my boys loved! (I try not to think about the cleanliness of the jets as you can't really get them clean- same for getting a pedicure or any jettub) . The master bedroom balcony overlooked Atlantic city which I really enjoyed at night and it was less than a 10 m drive, during the day. The place is also less than 10 m from a grocery store, bagel shop and playground which the boys enjoyed. I didn't try the "exercise room" which I think really only consisted of a couple of pieces of equipment or the members lounge. Also, the walls were extremely soundproof which I love. Only when walking the halls could I hear others. Inside the suite, I felt like I was in a house. TIP: WIFI is really slow there, so be prepared to spend some quality family time together! We brought our xbox and tablets but found you could really only use 2 at a time and connection was SLOW. I didn't mind it though! This is not a luxury hotel or even a hotel per se, but I would definitely stay here again, if we were to visit Brigantine Beach. Lovely little stay, close to the beach!
