During my stay the AC unit went out. I contacted her directly, and she set up a repair service to come out. The problem began when she wanted ME to spend my vacation waiting in a deathly hot condo waiting for the repair people during their 4-6hr window. When I suggested that maybe she wait for them, since after all, she was making the commission off my rental... and I was on vacation, she hung up on me. Save yourself time, and headache and use a more reputable agency.

I've been here since November and that is literally the only thing that drives me insane. I've lived in other apartments and have never had this issue. The pool is only open when a lifeguard is on site, but the issue is that these lifeguards set their own schedules. Sometimes, only 4 or 2 of them work at a time, and they go on break simultaneously, making everyone leave the pool. They return whenever they want, often still eating, bringing speakers, and relaxing by the pool as if they're not working. They also use profanity and ignore the guests in the pool. The admin team is rude and shows no regard for the residents. Their main focus is money, ignoring residents' input and needs. During the weekend, there's no one to contact in case of emergencies, and during the week, it depends on who you speak to. I've only interacted with two caring team members- two maintenance technicians- who mostly work at other properties. The one maintenance tech from The Glades at Hamilton Greene did a poor, cheap job when we called him for a door repair. Instead of fixing the issue, he just added two strike plates to cover the gap. We also face problems with inconsistent garbage pickup. They break our bags, and we constantly have bugs entering the apartments.
