There was a steady flow of customers during my short time waiting for my order and the owners made small talk with likely regulars. Businesses such as these deserve to be supported. I ordered the Coast to Coast, which was delicious with a generous serving of roast beef and perfect ratio of meat to cole slaw and Russian dressing. While I will definitely visit again, I likely won't become a regular due to high prices. The Coast to Coast cost $15.99, climbing to $17.99 with tax and credit card fee. While the sandwich was delicious and of good size, I don't feel it was large enough to warrant this price (which other deli's can rightfully charge). A picture of the menu on Google from 5 years ago shows the same sandwich to be $7.99+tax. Expenses are increasing for everyone, but I feel the current price is no longer a good value for the money and I'll limit visits to special treats rather than a frequent occurrence.

She took our order with great precision and was very helpful in explaining the menu items. We ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant, a bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll, and a grilled chicken hero with lettuce. However, since they were out of hero bread, Susan offered to make us a larger roll instead. We opted to get two rolls for the chicken. Our food was ready within six minutes. I have to give Susan praise because her service was truly exceptional. If I knew Susan would be there to help me every time, I would come back as often as possible during the week. When we got home, the food was delicious--everything was tasty and fresh. The coffee was excellent too, and I loved all the options they had.

I almost walked back out when I saw the state of the place, but the food looked so good. I saw how thick them sausages were and I had no choice but to stay. I need to also mention that the staff was not friendly at all. They looked as if they didn't want money, so again I almost gave up hope once again. I was glad I did stay, because the food was good. I enjoyed the sausage and wings, the eggs had chopped of veggies in it that added to the flavor. It is worth going back, but I'm sure I will not simplify because I had such a terrible experience. I will pass up on good food this time because I felt so unappreciated as a paying customer. I've been back to places with bad service only because they still treated me right. Goes to show you why some businesses don't last long.
