    No service after many many many attempts since before Thanksgiving to help me after SDGE gas leak killed our tenant/service animal, neighbors, and almost 2 care givers as well of mine as I beg for help No heat No water heater Disrespect from SdGE Hang ups in their office No reporting Lies No service after many requests Recorded all attempts for public review in my place of healthcare and my business address public Recorded Caught apologizing for killing my pet and family here as well as neighbors and self 2 many deaths because of possible gas No evacuation No help I'm sick Help me This biz needs manslaughter charges immediately and willful neglect charges I have personal charges and asked many times for their lawyer They ignore They pathetically with head down admit losing work and files about leak in front of our audio and video surveillance as well as investigations they lie lie lie Look bad Promises unkept such as lightbulbs, meeting, heater cover etc meetings and promises unmet even after several reminders from me A non manager here Owner not on site SDGE no help I have 3 kids not here affected were 2 who have also experienced nerve issues and I can't go out at all anymore or even mother them I was already a client of the state Will ask CA and Washington DC to handle this if they will at 1million per act of neglect per person and home as well as pet and all neglect and promises unkept in each added to 6k minimum per every hour as if I'm not disabled and lucky for more big stages Used to dance on NFL NBA halftime shows and won #1 national/state dancer and mom Honor grad Former real estate manager Independent and always You are not a working business SDGE Move along

    Rip off was on vacation for two weeks. Electric bill was exactly the same as the month before doesn't make any sense.

    I just got a debt collection notice in the mail for over $800 from this company that I never signed…read moreup for. I called SDGE to see what's going on and they said that when I moved addresses, they didn't transfer this company's portion of the bill that they had forgiven, and it mounted up to $824. I never got a letter or a call letting me know that it wasn't transferred and then a year later I get a collections notice. I called this company and the rep just read her script! They actually have a script for this, which means they've done this to many people. Wow. Hopefully Trump shuts them down too!

    Updated 9/23 So…read morehere's the status. SDCP has forced the takeover of many people's electric bills, and it's no cheaper, no better. It should be cheaper, at the very least. We know that cost per kWH is cheaper with solar vs gas fired, or coal fired. So where are the savings. Non existent. Paired with the risk of changing a 20 year solar agreement with SDG&E, why would I ever take the "choice" of using SDCP? Old review 1/2022: I am an electric customer of San Diego. That makes me a defacto customer of SDCP. SDCP has written a letter indicating I need to OPT-OUT of changing my relationship with SDGE, effectively demanding that I pay them rather than SDG&E. This is unacceptable behavior. Customers are won, not taken, and I refuse to just ignore the situation and accept the default output. Until SDCP provides the terms of any new agreement exactly and in a legally binding way, any overtures of great service and good financial benefit, are meaningless.
