I was shocked -- how can a bank not fulfill such a basic customer request to withdraw my own money in the form I need? When I asked again, the teller told me to use the ATM instead. Not only was this unhelpful, but her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
