Charged me for an extra day which I asked him to fix and he claimed he did but he didn't. Also, the invoice said "full tank of gas" but it was less than half. I didn't notice until I drove off and so had to call Avis and submit documentation to show I was telling the truth. Just awful. Avoid at all costs.

I had reached out to one other boutique agency, and there was a sense of elitism and indifference to my inquiries. Geoffrey is 100% the complete opposite - kind and efficient. I am looking to rent an F430 for my birthday. Because it's currently in the shop he kindly offered other alternatives, but I've decided to wait until this model is available. San Diego Prestige is the epitome of top tier service and vehicle offerings. With 458's no longer available in the San Diego area, the predecessor F430 is a viable option, and this place is the only go to if you want the V8 NA experience. I'm looking forward to the booking with such a great first impression and follow up!

And since the luggage compartment is smaller, he even offered to come help pick our luggage from the house and take it to the hotel for our honeymoon. He went above and beyond and that was quality factor I love about San Diego Prestige. The Lambo was A Dream to drive and my wife and I loved driving it around San Diego and Coronado. I will definitely rent from SDP and Geoffrey in the future. Thank you, Geoffrey for going above and beyond to make our wedding weekend so memorable! Thank You!

Spent the day riding up the coast, no jacket or gloves needed! There is a small storage place that fits backpack, jacket and some water. Really fast bike, fun to drive and a head turner for sure. They did a great job explaining everything and no issues picking up or dropping off. Get down there and give it a try.

Only minor issue was the trunk becoming stuck, however Paolo answered my call immediately and offered to drive to us to resolve the issue. Thank god the trunk opened after the final attempt...that was the only issue. Riding in the car was exhilarating and it was a huge hit at his surprise party. I'd give Paolo 10/5 stars for his exceptional service and kindness. He totally helped me surprise the bf after brunch next door. We strolled past the parking lot and the bf saw the gorgeous car parked, so he wanted to "check it out." Out comes Paolo with car keys pretending to try to sell him the rental for the day. IT WAS PRICELESS to see the bf turn Paolo down only to realize this was part of his bday surprise. Boys and their cars...He LOVED it. I look forward to renting another Ferrari or Lamborghini in the near future. Excellent/ very reasonable pricing. His son and Grace were super awesome as well. Try this place out!
