Stephen answered the phone right away and gave me the info necessary get a quote. The quote seemed reasonable and since I was highly motivated I decided to go with them without calling around. The project was a success from start to finish. I appreciated the customer service and communication from start to finish. Jenny, the protect manager, is excellent at what she does. She also provided honest recommendations and advice when asked. What I also liked is they are a family business and everything was done within their company without dealing with subcontractors. Since I was pleased what how everything went with the kitchen remodel, I used their service for a complete bathroom remodel a few months later. When I am ready for the next bathroom project, I plan to call them again.

In short, we were impressed by the quality of the service and, because we shopped around a bit, found the prices to be reasonable. AE remodeled our old, tired bathroom. Originally, we did not understand that we would be responsible for selecting the materials. But after that sunk in, we did our diligence with the helpful assistance of AE. Jenny was very informative and responsive. She answered our questions, both those that related directly to the bathroom but also those relating more generally to remodeling strategies that arose from our inexperience. What do you think of this material? What do you think about this type of sink in this space? What kind of shower design is best for this concern of mine. Etc. I can't recall an instance where Jenny did not immediately and helpfully respond to email or text. Jenny also proactively made good suggestions. The remodel went well. We really liked the result. We were delayed a bit by the city and permits. But Jenny and her team were always patient and committed. In one instance, the city inspector came back with some surprising feedback. But Jenny and her team with due dedication and versatility adeptly executed on the feedback and made the inspector happy. Anyway, it's been about a year after the remodel. A few small issues came up recently. I contacted Jenny and she sent her team to handle without hesitation. The follow through was very impressive. Jenny will be the first person we call when we're ready to remodel the other bathroom.

Paul is friendly and knowledgeable, and Kennedy is always responsive, answering all my questions promptly. They were also very respectful of the space and extremely careful when moving things around the house. Their installation work was flawless. The transformation turned out exactly how I hoped. They truly brought my vision to life. I chose a greenish-gray color that complements the rest of my home, and I was going for a super modern look--they delivered exactly what I imagined. This company clearly cares about his customers, and at no point did I feel pressured. Refacing made so much sense! They can reface all the cabinets throughout the house, not just in the kitchen. That's what I did, so make sure to ask about their full home services. There are so many decisions to make and so many options AND so many stores you can go to...it was hard to know where to start. I'm so, sooo glad I came to Kitchen & Bath Design Center. I'd live to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Gianna who was tirelessly patient with me as I went through the process of finding fixtures, pull handles, faucets, tubs, toilets, etc.. I had no idea what I was doing or what I wanted but Gianna was so patient and so kind. She helped me select and order everything for my two bathrooms and kitchen. She was clear and very communicative about when I could expect my items to be ready for pick-up (an extra challenge with the global supply chain issues). When we hit a snag on just one (of the many) bathroom items I ordered, she and Tom jumped through hoops to accommodate me and fix the problem. So while I hope to never have to renovate anything ever again, if renovations ever are in my future again, I would definitely come back here. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Great family-run business by people who care about their customers AND deliver excellent products. Thank you!!

We returned the following day, and Thy helped us find the perfect flooring. She was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. Her communication was outstanding, and she made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and stress-free. We also had our flooring delivered to our home, and Quan, our delivery driver, was just as wonderful. As first-time homeowners, we especially appreciated that he took the time to explain different parts of the process to us. Since he is also a contractor, he was able to share valuable insights and tips that helped us better understand what to expect during installation and beyond. We appreciated his friendliness, knowledge, and willingness to educate us! From start to finish, everyone went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He introduced ideas and explained the process, enabling me to communicate with contractors. I gained an understanding of the construction. I walked in, no appointment, felt welcomed, brought photos, measurements, and design ideas. Believe me I was a frequent visitor. Anne selected materials and created the design palette. 1. Anne worked with my measurements to select and calculate floor tile and grout. I had an existing shower accent tile. 2. Anne selected vanity finish and designed a number of drawers and size. 3. Anne selected frosty Carrina countertop for vanity, which is gorgeous and easy maintenance along with the Kohler Ladena sink. 4. The custom mirror was mounted on same finish as the vanity and hanging brackets. Great quality mirror material. 5. Gabby helped select the faucet, shower head and shower valves, all Hansgrohe. 6. Gabby wrote up purchase orders and verified all items and prices. 7. Robert shared his expertise on lighting, tile installation and doors and hardware for the existing closet. He was confident the closet and vanity matched and am so happy with the results. She was patient, responsive, and always took the time to answer all of our questions throughout the process.
