Terrible communication & difficult person…read more I've had difficulty communicating with this dog walker, especially via text. At one point, she told me her calendar wasn't available, which was frustrating since most of us rely on our phone calendars. While she was texting me that she couldn't check it, it felt off-putting and unprofessional. It's for the safety of Dogs that she can't check her calendar. How is she able to text? I just can't figure out this part. She also told me she would call at 3 PM to confirm availability for a walk three days later but never followed up. When I reached out a few days later, she informed me she was taking a self-care day instead. While I understand the importance of self-care, the lack of communication was disappointing. Additionally, she mentioned she was extremely busy and couldn't do any walks in the morning, with the earliest availability at 2:45 PM. If you're looking for someone with more flexibility or reliability, she may not be the best fit. Then she told me she had the wrong month and actually couldn't fit me in at all so that was a nice kind of blow off. This was really quite an experience. Good luck. lol. (It's always a red flag.
